“Worst company ever for customer service.”

This company is the worst, how are they located in New York and are worst than the Chinese. Customer service is zero stars if I could give it zero stars. Not a trust worthy company. What upsets me is that they do have good products, but the company is run by GETTHO AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.
