And with the holidays I just forgot about it until another debit from this Acai-aSlim of $79.95 was done on Dec. 26th. Since I never received the trial offer I literally forgot about it. So I called the toll free # *******189 and? The charges and explained that I never received the free trial offer. She explained that in the terms and conditions

After going back and forth explaining that I never received the (free) trial offer, she said that she could give me a tracking # to check with the post office. I explained that at this point I really didn't want them and so you think the post office will still have a package (supposedly) shipped on Dec. 11th. This is now Jan. 2. She said that the $4.95 was non refundable and I said let me speak to your supervisor. Well she put me on hold for about 5 minutes and came back and said that she got approval to adjust the shipping and handling charge also. I asked for confirmation #'s which she did give.
