After going back and forth explaining that I never received the (free) trial offer, she said that she could give me a tracking # to check with the post office. I explained that at this point I really didn't want them and so you think the post office will still have a package (supposedly) shipped on Dec. 11th. This is now Jan. 2. She said that the $4.95 was non refundable and I said let me speak to your supervisor. Well she put me on hold for about 5 minutes and came back and said that she got approval to adjust the shipping and handling charge also. I asked for confirmation #'s which she did give.
