I agreed to a free trial offer by paying only the shipping and handling fee of $4.95. That was on Dec. 8th and on Dec 11th the $4.95 fee was debited from my checking account. And with the holidays I just forgot about it until another debit from this Acai-aSlim of $79.95 was done on Dec. 26th. Since I never received the trial offer I literally forgot about it. So I called the toll free # *******189 and? The charges and explained that I never received the free trial offer. She explained that in the terms and conditions Terms & Conditions: (these terms/conditions only apply to the free trial) Start your trial now to receive a full month supply of Acai-aSlim (retails for eighty four dollars). You will have 14 full days from today to evaluate and decide if you wish to keep the remaining 30 day supply and continue receiving Acai-aSlim. If you enjoy Acai-aSlim, simply do nothing. You will be billed the discounted price of only 79.95 at the end of your fourteen day trial period for your initial supply. You will be billed again for the same amount thirty days from today to replenish your supply and begin your monthly auto shipment billed monthly at the same price unless cancelled (this is a savings off the retail price, and is available to you today). After going back and forth explaining that I never received the (free) trial offer, she said that she could give me a tracking # to check with the post office. I explained that at this point I really didn't want them and so you think the post office will still have a package (supposedly) shipped on Dec. 11th. This is now Jan. 2. She said that the $4.95 was non refundable and I said let me speak to your supervisor. Well she put me on hold for about 5 minutes and came back and said that she got approval to adjust the shipping and handling charge also. I asked for confirmation #'s which she did give. If I would have printed and really looked at the term and conditions I would have been charged the initial fee for the (free) trial offer $4.95 then 2weeks later $79.95 and then 2 weeks from that another $79.95. If your smart stay away from Acai-aSlim.
