I purchased to gold platted rings. When I got them, one was too big and they looked really yellow, fake yellow. So I contact them to exchange for silver and resize.
We have 30 days to do each. So first she tells me that I have to pay for shipping back and forth, great so more money, then oh all of a sudden the same ring cost more now so I would have to pay more for the rings, then here came another charge to "customize" the ring to silver.

So then I requested a return. She asked "why don't you just exchange for another ring?" I mean wasn't that what we were doing in the first place? So I sent her a link for the one in silver. Again it costs more, literally identical. So an hour passes by of going back and forth with this lady. To where I lose my mind and tell her I just want a damn refund and they can take their rings back.

She tells me that I need to take a pic of the rings and they have to have the tags on them. I was pissed at that point, I have had the rings for a week and the first thing I did when I got the rings was throw the tags away. And they cant even be worn to return them.

I never got an exchange nor the refund. I am extremely dissatisfied and never had crappy service like this from any fake jewelry company.

However, as our return policy, we cannot accept the return of products with tags that have been removed, once the tags are removed the products can no longer be considered as “new”. We also sent you a paper included in the package, which says "Read before removing jewelry size tag. Items cannot be returned if the jewelry tag is removed. So please carefully check the ring and make sure it fits properly before removing the tag". While we can't accept your return, we still want to do everything possible to make sure you’re happy, so we suggested to help you exchange for another silver ring. If you had contacted us to let us know directly that you were unhappy to pay the difference, we could solve the problem. Please rest assured that one team member will be in contact with you urgently to provide assistance in this matter until you are completely satisfied. We hope to do more business with you in the near future.
