When we ordered they said it would ship in 14-21 business days- after 30 business days we are still waiting on it to arrive. We called many, many times and got the run around every time. They constantly said they would call us back with information and then never did. They charged our credit card almost $3k 6 weeks ago and we still have nothing to show for it. Would NEVER order from this company again, regardless of the product. Not worth the hassle and time to deal with. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've experienced in years. Not once did anyone ever even say sorry or offer in sort of explanation.
