Rubber Mulch

There are plenty of reviews about how they either installed or delivered for a residential site, but when I asked the sales rep today, they said they don't do that. She wouldn't even point me in the direction of a company that might install permanent mulch in residential spaces. She kept directing me to products that I don't want and won't work for my space. I'm annoyed that this product isn't available for residential use but it is available for commercial use. What's the difference? The sales rep wouldn't answer that question.

Worst business. I would stay away from their inferior quality product and horrendous customer service. Alan will lie about his product to satisfy you by offering warranties that he will not stand up to. I had concerns about the product being way too lightweight and not withstanding a slope. I requested to return the product, but was convinced to keep it and given a guarantee that the product would not settle downwards. Well, in less than a year, the top part of the hill is barren and unfortunately, and perhaps I should have expected this upfront given Alan's hesitance to take the product back, he is NOT making good on his written agreement to replenish the mulch per his guarantee that it would stay in place. He is dishonest and sells a terrible product. There is much better mulch available with truer colors and better weight. His product is too thinly shredded and untrue to the color they sell. Worst of all, they have no business ethics!

Advertised curbside delivery. Day before delivery I was notified delivery would be on a semi trailer. Unable to deliver to my location. I had to arrange for it to be dropped elsewhere, and I had to hand load 75 bags onto my trailer, then unload at my location. I'm 65, with back injuries, and it was very inconvenient for me. Only response from company was "sorry".

Great costumer service, very helpful! It's a real relief knowing that my kids are playing on rubber and if they fall, it can't be too bad! My yard also looks really neat and clean! Thanx Rubber Mulch!
