I love shopping online even at walmart.com. If you have a problem with your merchandise and you call the customer service they are so rude. I have purchased makeup for a School play for a bunch of little kids. It took them 5 times to ship the right color. I have wasted my time and gas driving to Walmart store to pick up my merchandise and the fifth time they actually got it right when they have to ship it to my house. That was ridiculous!

There's a couple of time that my merchandise takes more than 2 days shipping. Last month I purchased a serving plate, it was on prime. It took almost 2 weeks for them to deliver my purchase.

I purchased the dress for my daughter winter dance. They keep sending me damage dress. 4 times sending the dress back to a different Nordstroms. I don't understand why they don't check before they ship out the merchandise. To even exchange the dress they have to keep charging my card for another dress until they gotten the return. That was ridiculous!

Tip for consumers:
Buy it in the store or order the dress months in advance.

I prefer to only shop online. Never again will I ever shop at Rue 21. The slowest shipping in the history of online shopping. I felt like I was on eBay purchasing something from China. I rather shop at Charlotte russe it's so much faster then Rue 21 and I thought that was kinda slow.

Never again! By the time you get it your merchandise, it will be out of style.
Customer service was no help! Don't even bother wasting your time calling them.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you have about three weeks to wait for your merchandise if you are ordering it online

I have ordered 2 dresses from this company for my sister wedding for October 2,2010. One of the dress is BLACK and one RED. The company send me a Black dress and a fuchsia dress. This company pictures are blurry because is MISLEADING. They are RUDE, UNPROFFESSIAONAL and LIES. They claim that in china Fuchsia color is RED. Watch out for that company, they are blind.
They will find a way to not give you a refund or send you the right color dress. This is the worst company I have ever shop with, NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
