This company, East Coast Auto Transport MC ******* is the worst. I transported my new car from Florida to Rhode Island In April 2019 and I am still dealing with the fact that they will not pay for the damages which was done by their company. I have pictures showing no damage on my car when I left it at the terminal in Florida dated 4/19/19 and when I picked it up in Rhode Island, I noticed the damage to the rear bumper right away. It's almost $2000. Of damage. Pictures dated don't lie. When I brought it to the girls attention at the time of pickup she was so sassy and told me" well get an estimate", which I did and they refuse to pay. They say they are self Insured, so they decide to pay or not. They have terrible customer service, so do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE.
