After the review I was emailed by shein they also offered 200 as compensation and I got one of the refunds in my account but the November refund of 602 still not showing up.

Have wrote to them and also wrote a review here had 2 refunds pending one of them was cleared but the other is still not sowing In my bank have checked with bank as well, lost 602 which shows refunded on shein site but I have not received it yet.
My experience is neither great nor bad... I do not order much of fruits and vegetables... my monthly rice, flour etc are ordered it is great for offers on skin care.
