Styleseat is an app that scammers flourish in using because regardless if services are rendered or not, you will be charged! Many of the stylist aren't real and customer service is 100% nonexistent. Styleseat doesn't refund any funds only the stylist or scammer can, and they won't because they don't have to. The app is completely useless. It gives you 0% of protection. You're giving theives your bank information freely to be scammed. Legal action need to be addressed.

I absolutely love H & M! I have a family of 7 and I buy for 6 of us from them. I spend anywhere from $200-$500 every couple of months because I love the quality of their clothes. Usually I don't have a problem but when I do is absolutely ridiculous dealing with customer service. Customer service are the worse! They are rude, condescending and abrasive. When speaking to the agents they treat you with robotic phrases, demeanor and solutions. You may get more understanding from a robot. H&M warehouse sent me a $200 order, ALL with the wrong sizes and refused to replace the order. They said for me to take a refund and reorder everything if its available, no compensation for me reordering it, no help replacing the order, no let me figure this out and no replacing half the order, nothing. In fact the last representative I spoke to, over talked me the whole time and she was a supervisor, she didn't care that I purchased stuff all the time. They told me to start ordering in UK sizes, which is wrong because the warehouse messed up.
I've been ordering from them for 7 years and sadly this experience was so bad, I'm canceling my online account. I've never felt so mistreated by a company who actually made the mistake, sending me all the wrong sizes and then acting like I did something wrong. H&M clearly only cares about money not their faithful customers.

Tip for consumers:
If H&M make a mistake in anything it is never their problem it is yours.

Bought clothes and shoes.

Thank you for your direct and clearly bothered comment. I'm entitled to my opinion especially when I spent my resources for your product. We can agree to disagree. Though my intellect knowledge and expertise about your hair is clearly lacking, your gift for false advertising is clearly inflated. To display your hair next to a model who obviously used bundles in their hair is misleading and therefore false. Be a real company as you have expressed because of your accolades. Display your quantity next to a model who actually have that in their hair. And yes I read the info, but excuse me if I didn't take out my tape measure to understand I was getting 1 track of hair. You may not agree with my review, but at the end of the day is MY review, and yes i PAID both the price and the amount to leave it. To tell me what I should do is asinine. Maybe instead of being bother by the truth should should reach out to me on a different platform and with satisfaction I would have expressed how great the company was for seeking some type of resolution, something we could both feel good about. But no I understand Customer service isn't always Customer service, only great companies understand the concept. But thank you for your direct, rude, demeaning and sterile comment.

We are above false advertising which is why we have been in business for over 13 years and the model in the before and after photo is wearing OUR hair, the Kinky 3B3C clip-in which is one of our best-selling hair.

You are truly entitled to your opinion but not based on false facts when we sent the product that you ORDERED.

We are sad about how things ended; you could have also reached out to us via our other platforms instead of leaving a one-star review in a public forum on a product you have not tried.

We are glad you said it is quality hair, Your review should have been based on the quality of the hair or how long it lasts and not the fact you thought you received a wrong item.

We do wish you the absolute best!

ONYC seems to have great reviews everywhere and from the looks of the company it was a legit company. I searched long and hard for a company that was legit, had good hair and great prices. This companies hair is very expensive but I was willing to buy the hair for the quality. I purchased both clip ins and bundles. Clip in came in and my mouth dropped. Good quality but I promise they took 1 track of hair and cut it in 7 small pieces, some pieces not even 1 inch long and charged 150 for it. I dont even have my bundles yet but I plan on returning them without opening them which I paid 600 for because I already feel cheated by this company. My daughter was going to wear these clip ins for her graduation next week but its not even enough hair to cover her forehead. I'm extremely disappointed at the amount of hair they gave for almost 200 dollars! They sent us a bang! Her graduation hairstyle is ruined and now Im scrambling to figure something out, because I don't have any time to order something somewhere else. I DONT RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY! And I cant judge the quality of hair because I only have a bang amount of hair. If the hair quality, price and quantity was decent they would have had a customer for life!
In the pics I fluffed they hair out as much as I could to see if I was tripping, my daughter has so much hair that it swallowed the hair, oh and it suppose to be 20 inch, I guess when stretched.

ONYC Hair is a legitimate company with great CREDIBILITY based on clients and our long stand in the industry. We find it insulting that you accuse us of false advertising when we have done nothing put provide ALL the necessary details on the website. This information is so customers can carefully review what they want after they make their research or consult with their stylist on the needed bundles or hair type to achieve the desired result.

• Did you receive less than approximately 72g for the 20” hair you purchased as stated on the website? Was the clip-in weft measurement not as stated below and on the website?

One 8 Inch (Approximately 20cm) wide weft – 4 clips per weft
Two 6 Inch (Approximately 15cm) wide wefts – 3 clips per weft
Two 4 Inch (Approximately 10cm) wide wefts – 2 clips per weft
Two 2 Inch (Approximately 5cm) wide wefts – 1 clip per weft

On average, you need 150 to 200 grams of hair if you intend to increase your hair length, which means you will need at least 2 sets. This information is clearly stated on our website, we are not sure how you expect 72g of hair to be enough.
We provide this so customers can decide on what they need to achieve the style they want PRIOR to ordering NOT after.

• Despite all the information on the website, we are ready to help customers if they need further assistance before placing their order. Did you attempt to contact customer care?
• Did you check the product FAQ https://www.onychair.com/new/clip-in-hair-extensions-questions? This is also provided on the website so customers can learn more about the product they want to purchase.
• Did you not receive the 20” Length you ordered? Each curly product page CLEARLY states that the length is in the Curly state. We also provided a length guide to help you decide which length to get. Did you check this Curly Length Guide on how to measure this hair?

We work hard to ensure our customers are well pleased and to keep our customers which is why it is unacceptable for a customer to leave negative feedback when she did not research a product carefully.
We wish you well in future endeavors but in the future, kindly ensure to read details provided by any company not just us about their products to avoid unfair reviews of a product.
