I got a year free delivery charges through my credit card.

I still got charged and had to chat with customer service in another country, and keep repeating myself. It was painful.

Each delivery, I ask the driver to ring the door bell for a tip; to avoid them leaving my food on the ground. They still leave it on the ground and don't ring the bell.

I just happen to look out to find cold food.

I'm using Postmates and Uber Eats once my free subscription ends.

This is too ghetto for me to spend the type of money that I spend!

On 01/27/24, I booked an appointment with "Tee" for a natural style. Her page states she does natural styles; and that she can bring your vision to life. On 02/01/24, I emailed to confirm her address.

She asked what kind of style I wanted. I was thinking that she could do natural curly styles; since she didn't have any pictures of her "natural" work.

She then told me to Google a style, started speaking unprofessionally to me, and blocked me.

She continued to unblock and harass me throughout the next day.

I reported her and she's still at it.

She does hair out of a small shack. Other reviewers stated that her kitchen was nasty.

Please be ware of "Tee" that does locs/braids in Oklahoma.

Tip for consumers:
Don't book with "Tee" in Oklahoma.

I purchased a fridge, over the stove microwave, and a double oven from Lowes, in 2018. After 6 months of having the fridge, it started freezing all my groceries and ruining them. They sent A&E out to repair it a total of 6 times within 6 months, to no prevail. Finally, I had enough of the runaround and contacted Nikki in Customer Relations. She had the local Lowes store send me out a replacement fridge.

My microwave stopped working around 2 months ago. Lowe's sent a company to work on it. They never got back to me, so I contacted them on 2/7/22. They advised me that an email was sent to Lowes on 1/31/2022, to notify them this would be a buy-out, which means that the microwave couldn't be repaired. I called the local Lowe's store and spoke to Daniel in the appliance department who had no information about this. I called back and spoke to Demetrius, a manager who had no information and referred me to their warranty department.

I called the warranty department and spoke to several agents and was on hold for a total of 1 hour waiting to speak to the agents. I was advised that they were requesting a buy-out and that I would receive a refund check in 7-10 days for the amount that I paid for the microwave.

On 2/16/22, I called and spoke with Jakarta who informed me that it hadn't been issued. I called the Executive office and spoke with Nikki who informed me that she would investigate it. She called and left me a voicemail message stating that a refund would be issued. So, nothing was done until 2/16/2022, until I complained to the Executive office.

I've been without a microwave for 2 months, now. Their warranty process is deceptive. When they sell you the warranty, they don't advise you of the painful process and that you may be without your product for months, and that you will have to continue to follow up on the process, and eventually complain to the Executive office to get anything done. I will NEVER purchase an appliance from Lowe's again! They are beyond unprofessional.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy their appliances. My fridge stopped working within 6 months and continued to have problems for over a year until it was replaced.

I ordered a zip up corset on 6/13, through Klarna. I received it on 6/29.

It smells like rubber and cheaply made and it is too small. I have worn a sz 2x for years and is what I ordered. I wear a sz 10 and L. It wouldn't even almost fit. It is a joke.

I reached out to customer service over 4 times now and no response. I canceled through Klarna so they don't receive anymore payments. My next step is to my local Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. I don't play these type of games.

All the good reviews are fake.

First, I opened my account online, only to receive the $200 promotion (after your account has a direct deposit) to keep my account open for 6 months. My first check wasn't set up for a direct deposit. When I went into the branch to cash my check (which was a Wells Fargo business issued check) I was advised that Chase would have to hold my check for a few days and could only give me $100.00 until the check cleared. I asked why they couldn't contact Wells Fargo to verify if the funds were good or not. I was advised that they couldn't do that and I would just have to wait for the funds to be cleared. My wife took a picture of the check and deposited (immediately) into her Bank of Oklahoma account through a mobile deposit, without me even being on her account. Bank of Oklahoma verified the funds and released the check.
After the 20th business day of waiting, I called Chase and was advised to wait a few more days. After a few more days of waiting, I called back and was advised that I would not receive the $200 because I was supposed to receive a coupon offer, but did not receive one and that the account had been open for 21 days, so the offer was no longer valid for me. And, the previous representative did not notate that she advised me to wait a few more days for the $200 credit. I went in and spoke with a branch manager who advised me that there was no notation that the representative (I spoke with on 5/29/19) told me that I didn't need a coupon. So, basically, she called me a liar and believed her incompetent employee over me. So, the customer service experience was H-O-R-R-I-B-LE! Plus, they charge to speak with customer service, after so many free calls.
I am closing my account as soon as my outstanding checks clear and moving over to the Bank of Oklahoma. They don't offer the fraudulent $200 that Chase offers, but they are much more professional, give accurate information, post-credits before debits, mobile banking, better offers for monthly checking account fees, and they don't charge you to speak to customer service, and... they allow you to deposit money in someone else's bank account. Chase will not allow anyone to even make a deposit to someone else's account, even with an account number.
This bank doesn't stand by their offers, charge for services that should be free, inconvenience customers by making them wait days to get their own money when a customer sets up an account online with Chase. Nightmare...
