Ordered and paid for a lovely pair of earring together with other suits from them. Upon receiving a shipment notification, I noticed that the earring was not shipped with the suits. I then emailed them only to be told that "due to unforeseen circumstances" the earring was not sent. The earring is still available on their website so I then questioned them and asked what these unforeseen circumstances were for not sending the earring and after numerous emails, there is no reply on this matter. They then refunded me for the earring but I am annoyed about why they would simply ignore my order and do as they wish. If you are a business, someone has ordered and paid for an item, you send it as per the customer's request. The fact that they are not ignoring my emails questioning them on the reason is not helping their business. The website chat is even more ridiculous. The chat agent takes forever to reply. I am now waiting for my suits and let's see if they are of decent quality! Currently I am not impressed with these guys!
