I have made a few purchases with NineColors that I was happy with. Black Friday 2023 I placed an order that I did not receive. They proactively reached out and I was happy with their customer service... except the first week of December was the last I heard from them. Since then I can't speak to their live operator from the website or get a response using the WhatsApp account we were communicating through. I even tried Facebook; no one responds to messages.
It has been 2 months of multiple emails, calls, WhatsApp chats and no delivery or refund yet.
