To whom it may concern
Since June 8 2023 I have been receiving unwanted packages through Amazon.com
The senders are unknown to me
To my knowledge I don't even have an Amazon.com account, I do have one with Amazon.ca
Initially the volume of unwanted packages scared me and I have contacted the RCMP about it
I submitted a few unopened packages to them as evidence
The RCMP returned the packages to me in a while, later left a message saying there is not much they can do about this harassment but it's safe to open the packages and dispose of them
After that I opened the packages some had a return slip inside and it turns out that they are packages are sent via Amqzon.com
I have called Amazon.com several times got 4 different stories from 4 supervisors
1 I was told it is a glitch which will be fixed, which was obviously not true,
2 I talked with Leo, who explained he can do nothing but will escalate the issue, he didnt escalate anything
3 Jeff, tried to gaslight me these are not Amazon orders,
4 Jessie finally submitted a ticket for me, said I have to wait 2 weeks for response
Apparently someone opened a fraudulent seller account with my name and address, different email, and is selling these items in my name and directing returns to my home
I researched phone numbers for the senders, and contacted some, the ones who responded confirmed this story
It may also be possible that they do have a glitch but I got so many conflicting answers it's hard to say
My problem is that some packages are COD and the carriers are dropping off packages on which I allegedly owe money
They are also sending bills
UPS has been unresponsive, they refuse to pick up the packages and send them back, they refuse to cancel the charges
I have received more than 30 packages in month, and they keep coming
I would like this nonsense to stop already and I need help because nobody is listening

I purchased a rain jacket advertised as 100% impermeable, was fine for 6 months, then stopped being impermeable without being washed
I got soaked in one of our West Coast rain weeks
The Last Hunt ignored me for a while then had the audacity to refer me to their no return policy
They sold me a jacket the manufacturer discontinued because it was defective
Buy someplace else if you value your hard earned money

Bought an item that doesn't seem to match the descriptiom posted, when I tried to email about it, no answer, zero
Buyer beware what you get is what you get, any subsequent complaints are being ignored

They post their prices in Canadian dollars, charge your credit card in USD ( at a very creative rate)
While in Canada I tried to book a hotel MONTHS in advance. Seeing that I was charged in USD I cancelled, and guess what: the company refunded me at a very creative rate, so I lost money for nothing else but dealing with them
I contacted their so-called customer service to complain and guess what? They had the nerve to tell me my reservation was refunded.
Don't deal with them if you don't want to waste your time and money

I've continued to buy thousands of dollars with Amazon because they're the best gig for batch...
