Using this site since 2008 and booked dozens of hotels per yr for personal travel. I love this site, they have great layout, ample room pics vs other sites I use. Some challenges i faced like accidental booking (my fault), double booking (my fault too), using wrong credit card (my fault again). But have always gotten them resolved nicely. The latest being trip cancellation (Apr 2020) due to Covid, they blanket all the hotel bookings and updated the FREE CANCELLATION policy to make it easier for guests to shift plans. This also lessen the CS burden, so kudos to Agoda! U are my fav hotel booking site! My only dismay is agoda removing the points system gathered from room reviews. But otherwise still great and will continue my support!

This is a dated review for back in 2013. Lured by price of cheap tickets and a domain name ending with. Sg( i live in singapore and having this and a ‘local' toll free number gave me confidence it's an ethical business). Book a pair of tickets for inter EU and made payment, couple of mins later bank called up to inform me of multiple deductions which exceeded my credit limit. Seems like this site is not secured and someone behind the screen is trying to max out my card limit though I only check out once. Got an email to say tickets are NOT CONFIRMED until edreams contact me in next 48 hours. Who on earth works this way? Shouldnt tickets be confirmed upon payment? The deal about this is, the customer service will always pick up. With a nice tone and all, they WILL speak to u, but dont expect them to solve ur problem as they start to raise their voice and repeat their stand. Totally awful experience, however I might be the rare case where they refunded me all the multiple deductions close to 2 weeks later. Have myself to blame for not reading reviews before making the order. If anything with 3rd party sites, order from travelocity or expedia, though getting to their CS is a pain.

Ordered on 30 Nov, item despatched since 1 Dec. Have been tracking item daily till it came to a halt since 7 Dec when it arrived in my country (it's 22 Dec today). Beautybay explanation was the logistic co did not have my address? Seriously? Not sure if this should be a Beautybay vs logistic co issue, or just plain irresponsible logistic co with excuses. Either way I could only take it up with BB as they have the cheek to charge $15 for shipping For my order above $100. This item was meant as an Xmas gift and ordered in advance. Will be disappointing if doesn't reach me in the next 3 days
