Hi, I tried to return a dress from macktakmart which did not look anything like the picture online (I am familiar with the design of the dress and believe me, this was NOT the dress/designer they claimed it was). However, they refused to let me return it (although the exchange policy clearly states you can). Very disappointed as I have spent a large deal of money on a cheap imitation dress.
