I bought a computer and a couple days later it went on sale. It says there is a price guarantee so I called in. I was bounced around between the chat, email and phone including several transfers. Then they gave me false information stating it was for a different computer (which was false), finally they agreed to give a partial adjustment and it was not worth the stress of arguing and wasting more time so said okay even thought it should have been more money. They said it would post in 7-10 days and it did not. I emailed back 3 times with no response, then tried the chat and was directed to call in and am now on hold again! I think they are trying to just give me a run around so I finally give up. I will not buy from Dell again.
