A little too expensive but...
Bought a weather vane earlier - needed the roof mount - did not know whether I needed standard or large as it does not tell me ANYWHERE! So I ordered the standard... hope I have not wasted my money - over $40.00 for a standard roof mount in total, after paying $250.00 for the weathervane - not really happy about this at all...
I was going to get a weathervane on etsy but the owner was really negative and cranky. Did not want something hand made by someone like that. So I came over here to Houzz and found a great quality weathervane - just like the other one. No cranky, negative people to deal with - win - win!
I really do like this company. The only issue is they are extremely expensive and I have to wonder about the whole sustainability thing. At any rate I thought I would share some things I have learned. Some of their items are limited to stock on hand and they often do not purchase more than a specific number/amount. (you can actually call in and request an item out of stock be re-ordered and if they get enough of these requests, they will highly consider re-ordering an item) So if you're trying to wait on a sale chances are that you may not be able to get it at all because it may be gone -common sizes run out pretty quickly on some things. One thing I learned if it's something you really love, you can call and speak with management and ask them if they can look in the stores to see if any of them have your size. Sometimes they can find your size in a store in another state and usually they will ship for free. I did this twice and was very happy with the results. They can be very helpful (but I have spoken with one or two people who were not helpful at all). With every order they will send you a coupon for 10% off your next order which probably only pays the shipping but it is something.
They also have an open ended return policy if you do not purchase something that is on clearance. I did not know this and was actually able to return a shirt that I didn't like. I never wore it but I had it for three or four months. They returned it no problem.

Final thoughts: be aware & informed. Some products have issues. But you can return anything at any time. And I would suggest talking to a manager if you want free shipping. Every single manager I have spoken with has been very reasonable and accommodating. I did have an issue with one of their newer employees during the holiday season but I asked to speak with a manager and everything went beyond my expectations. Bottom line is that some of the clothing is fantastic! To me, it's worth it to take have the possibility of a phone call and a return. Some people may not have the time for that and if they don't I would not advise shopping here. Otherwise, like I said, they are very accommodating and there are no time limits on the returns from what I can understand.
This is an update to my initial review - since I ordered, I have had excellent response and experience with this company. Great clothes - really soft which is what we need in our sensory-sensitive home. Awhile after my first order I received a coupon in my email for 20% off and there was a nice write up about how they care about their customers, with their phone number. I have spoken to two different employees and both were incredibly respectful and caring, and competent! They were responsive. I want to add, It is important to follow their laundering directions - I can see this. So far everything is wearing nicely. No shrinkage, no piling. I do wash cold, and lay flat or hang dry till mostly dry, then throw in drier on low setting for 10+ min. I will update again on the wear as we've only done a little laundering. I did need to return a couple items and am waiting on this response now and will update. I have to say, I was scared and apprehensive to order from this company from all the negative reviews, however I have not found anything negative about this company at this point and I'm so glad I went ahead and gave them a try. The detail on their clothes, the softness they create in some of the clothes with various pre-wash techniques - somewhat unique and well received from our family.
Received catalog, holiday collection 2019. Called them - From the bad reviews I was thinking - oh man I'm going to be on hold forever, and never get an answer. Not so. Was picked up and tferd to Margaret - very nice & responsive when I told her my concerns. She explained much to me and I decided to try them out - I will come back here with my results.
