I really do like this company. The only issue is they are extremely expensive and I have to wonder about the whole sustainability thing. At any rate I thought I would share some things I have learned. Some of their items are limited to stock on hand and they often do not purchase more than a specific number/amount. (you can actually call in and request an item out of stock be re-ordered and if they get enough of these requests, they will highly consider re-ordering an item) So if you're trying to wait on a sale chances are that you may not be able to get it at all because it may be gone -common sizes run out pretty quickly on some things. One thing I learned if it's something you really love, you can call and speak with management and ask them if they can look in the stores to see if any of them have your size. Sometimes they can find your size in a store in another state and usually they will ship for free. I did this twice and was very happy with the results. They can be very helpful (but I have spoken with one or two people who were not helpful at all). With every order they will send you a coupon for 10% off your next order which probably only pays the shipping but it is something. They also have an open ended return policy if you do not purchase something that is on clearance. I did not know this and was actually able to return a shirt that I didn't like. I never wore it but I had it for three or four months. They returned it no problem. Hope this is helpful

I have been a customer of Sundance for at least 15 years and much has changed. The prices (which were always high) have gotten higher. But the quality has gone down. Some of my recent purchases were comparable to $40 dresses on Amazon, for which Sundance charges $168. More disturbing, the return handling is abysmal. After 5 weeks have passed and no credit appears, I have to call (sometimes twice) to request they process my return. They blame this on staff shortages due to COVID (just like everyone does now) but somehow they manage to ship items and charge on time. I still shop on Sundance but not as often or liberally.
