I would not neseccairly recommend this company they have not been able to provide me with even my account balance Their customer service representatives are not very knowledgble. I was not made aware of several features that i assumed would come with the service, like video calls.
I was not made aware that the minimum you can add to your account is $ 25.00
I was not made aware that the initial setup would not be completed and ready for activation and use until the following day.
Just was not impressed with pigeonly. They do not even have an application for download. I had to copy their link on my desktop.
I contacted customer service yesterday to find out how much money was on my second line and they could not help me with this either.
They only positive thing I can think of is that my family member received decent photo copies of the pictures and messages I sent. I really can not even tell if i am actually saving money through their service or not. I am also not sure if i will continue to pay for this service.
