I was a customer of the bank for a few years. Eventually, I moved most of my funds out the bank due to lower interest rates. Lately, I've noticed that the bank has competitive CD interest rates and decided to open a 1yr CD. Strangely, you cannot open an additional account from your online dashboard and should apply as a new customer, regardless of your existing accounts (I have checking & savings accounts active). I set up substantial amount of money as ACH transfer from my other external account. In a few days I contacted LendingClub bank to inquiry and learn that my new account still under review. I asked the rep do not transfer my funds over weekend: each calendar day I'll loose $30+ in interest. The rep become aggravated and rude, I replied that if they move my money over weekend I'll cancel the new acct application and move my business somewhere else. Immediately after the chat ended my online access to my accounts was blocked "due to recent activity". LendingClub bank has requested a copy of ID, a recent statement from my external bank and screenshot of my online dashboard of my other external account to be provided with to some Kiteworks.com, who I have no business with. Anyway, I complied and in 2 days I received email saying that my accounts will be closed and "in 15 business days" they'll mail a check of remaining balances. BTW, I even don't remember how much money I had with them and will not know because my online access is blocked, and they won't respond to my emails. Luckily, they didn't have a hold of my transfer, otherwise I would lost about $600+ in interest. The only reference I have is: Reference # **************. This is my true story: no explanations, no remorse, no respect - nothing.

The card I paid for, had never reached me. 18 days later the CardCash offered to wait indefinitely till USPS will return it - no time frame

I'm a current account holder. For awhile I didn't use my account and when I tried to login they sent me a verification code to my land line phone number which doesn't accept texting/SMS. It was the only one verification option they use: no automatic calls, no e-mail verification, no customer service interview with questions asked/answered. They are "deeply concerned about customers info security". They demand a selfie with clearly visible government issued ID: all this after they exposed their customers data being hacked in November of 2021. Meanwhile, a customer could get a hold of his/her funds: Robinhood provides to everyone his/her account number and an option to transfer his/her money to an external account for a mere fee of $75 - no verification's required. Should I mention that their customer service is absolutely close to none: none of them even reads your e-mail to understand an issue. Besides the compromised data integrity they have never mentioned on their website that a smartphone is a must, especially if you want to get your money out. Money deposit doesn't require anything unusual: and this is exactly their point. Don't get into it - you'll regret it.

Just don't - go to known brokerages

I won an item and was charged at once. After that they have changed the pick-up location to 25 miles away. Maxsold.com sent me 2 emails reminding about pick-up and my responsibility for abandoning the lot. When I arrived to the pick-up location along with a hired truck I learned from Maxsold.com' subcontractors that my item is MIA and its owner decided to keep it. I wasted the day and $40 for a truck deposit. Maxsold.com has not refunded nor notified me until I contacted them. It took almost a week to reply: they offered me a refund and a worthless $20 gift card. They clearly do not respect own customers: 3 days between the auction's end and pick-up no one even raise a finger to warn me.
