It went from the best online platform to trade to the WORSE since it got bought by Morgan Stanley!
If you need to talk with someone FORGET about it. You get placed in a waiting line for 30 to 50 minutes. You end up hanging up, tired of waiting.
This company is a joke.
I tried to buy a suit for my son and they canceled the order because it was out of stock and I think it is outrageous that they were advertising products that they don't have and they still charge you credit card!
Don't make the same mistake as me. DONT SHOP IN H&M! I will never do this again.

They lure you into trying their food for free. Of course you have to give them your CC. I did not love the food, so I tried to CANCEL the subscription but they ignored me and charged me for the next 2 orders ($75/ x 2) when I emailed them they only credited me for one order and ignored my emails afterwards. So I called a week later, and they said they could not return the money cause they keep records for a very short period of time! Ridiculous. Try another company! NOT HELLO FRESH,
Tip for consumers:
I don t think people should trust this company. they do not return what they have charged you and they avoid answering emails. When you call they don t treat you well and they don t honor their word.
There are many companies out there that do a better job than these guys.
