“Horrible product and worse customer service.”

Purchased a new washer and dryer about $2200 called numerous times to try and figure out why my cloths were not clean. Without going into details of the months of bull crap with the crap customer service agents I am now told sorry we don't return for buyers remorse. I never asked for a refund, actually asked to spend more to upgrade.
These are less than 6 months old, great for getting cloths wet making a $#*! load of noise and not cleaning anything.

“GE appliances, Customer service and repair service service are the worst on the planet. Will be looking to trade new GE washer and dryer for used Kenmore. Even used Kenmore products are better than these pieces of junk.”

“I have the same washing machine. A huge pile of junk. I can't believe they get away with defrauding consumers. It's impossible to get the tub to fill completely with water so close don't circulate during wash. My review also on this site.”
