I just had a bad experience with a dealer who said i needed a new battery. They even told me not to turn off my car, but i did. Turns out my car started up again and the wonderful service person at Advance checked it out for me and it was good. I was looking for a machine who can bale my scrap materials. I found advance Hydrautech on the list in Google and contact the sales team and finalize a machine. I must say and appreciate the quick response and machine delivery. They deliver machine at the same day as per commitment. Its been 2 months now and the machine is really working smoothly.

I had heat treatment performed and there was still some bed bugs remaining. I had sent some photos of the bites to show them I wasn't imagining things. I was called back and he said to stop sending photos. Fine. But he was mean spirited with me on the phone and also said that bed bugs don't bite in a straight line, that it was something else. Bed bugs do bite that way and in arcs too. Photos are on the internet. Did he tell me that to avoid finishing the job or did he just not know his craft very well? He then told me that I should see a dermatologist. I was really miffed and insulted. So much for a 1 yr warranty. (wasted $1000)
Second visit at Woodlands branch had gelish french manicure done and 1 nail broked "fixed". Three days later gelish started to peel off. Some very unfriendly and unhappy technician fixed it at no cost. Some 4 days later same thing. I wanted a soak off becasue I cant go back every week. Technician said R90. When it came to paying manager said R180 because I not putting gelish on again. Why would I? So gelish that lasted less than 2 weeks cost me a pretty penny. Technician were very rough when filing and my own nails are badly damaged now, rarher than soak properly they file gelish off. Qulity of french was also not great. The manager in that store is the most unfriendly person, to the extend that while I was there a customer said she really felt unwelcome and left before treatment even started. On my 1st visit the manager sitting at reception stuffed her face with chips, how unprofessional. Staff are constantly talking to each other and actually stop working to talk. Pay a bit more at a Sorbet or Placecol, at least you get money's worth and friendly professional staff.
I've been using this product for a few years and now have had some security issues which have led to my losing my admin privileges to my own computer. I tried contacting them and twice their support guys tried to sell me other products and services to fix my computer at the tune of $400 to $1000. When you call the Tech lines (2) different ones, you'll be taken thousands of miles away (Spain/India) (I'm in the U.S.) The phone # redirects 3 times before you get to wait a long time for a person. Beware, they told me this product was totally junk and I should purchase their software and a service plan for $499. When I said no, I tried to disconnect and they got even more aggressive.
I am writing this review based on two contracting jobs with Advanced Metal Roofing. The first time we used them, in the summer of 2011, they were fantastic. We got a metal roof for the main part of our home - a 1940's Cape with an addition. At the time, we opted to just do the main portion of the house, not the smaller section that had been added on later. Competitive pricing, great workmanship, on time delivery... everything was great. Based on that experience, when we decided to redo the rest of the roof and replace some windows this year, we immediately called Advanced. We got a prompt response form the sales rep, who we had dealt with before. Great. We ordered our roof and windows the first week in September; we were told it would take 2-3 weeks. Guys came out and measured within a few days of our order. The end of September came and we didn't hear anything. I called our sales rep and left a message. No response. My husband called both our sales rep and project manager and left messages for them. No response. Finally, he called the main number and left a message there. The project manager called him back and apologized for the delay on the roof, and said he had no record that we had ordered windows. Seriously? I had the paperwork and we were able to show that yes, we had ordered windows at the same time as the roof. Project manager said they hadn't measured for them so they'd have to measure and then place the order. Our roof was finally installed October 26--a far cry from the 2-3 weeks we were originally promised. We waited for the windows, which we were told would be another 2-3 weeks after they measured. OK, so they should have been in by Thanksgiving. No word. When my husband called the first week in December, he was told that the factory had lost the order. Hello, lame excuse. Our windows were finally installed on December 16. The crew that came to my house was polite, professional, and efficient. They did a good job, but I was incredibly frustrated at how long this project dragged out and the complete lack of communication from Advanced. Based on my last encounter, I'm not sure I would deal with them again.
I have been on hold to this company for the past 35 mins and still waiting. We paid to use their services but unfortunately they don't have ANY service. This is a scam. They talk a good game and just keep transferring you or putting you on hold. This is absolutely ridiculous. PLEAE do not waste money with this company as we did. I ordered their product which they claimed a money back guarantee but, when I tried to return the products I was only able reach the sales department who told me to send an email which I did, on several occasions. The Nevada dermatology office Falsely claimed in writing that the main laser tech, Samantha Reith, was A Nevada Board Certified Aesthetician specializing in medical Aesthetics. The other tech's name they would not provide.
Takes money, No Delivery, No return of contact nor reply - Copier superstore's webiste shows The Zerox 3200 copier IN Stock and yet when I purchased one on Nov 3,2008 and have still not received it on Nov 28,2008. After several calls I was told the item was on back order nation wide. I asked for the reason my funds were already charged and was told it was policy to charge th $ at the time of Sale. I can now not get an answer nor a response to my emails. I would not recommend anyone do business with this company.
Needed a very simple task done for my car. I had brought in to Advance Pitstop on Ennis Rd. Limerick Ireland 2 new tyres to have mounted onto my new alloys from the old alloys. No need for them to take-off from the car etc, because everything was in the boot. Very simple 15 min. Job, but oh no! Manager must have thought that there is no money to be made here for such a simple request? So he thought he'd pull a fast one on me! He then told me that the 2 tyres were no good and worn? He did not want to be responsible for installing this tyres because of that. I thought to myself... do I have the letters STUPID stamped on my forehead? How the hell did he become manager anyway? I've been around the block a few times and know a con when I see it ;) He just wanted me to buy the store tyres to make more money! I'm very glad I never let them touch my car! They would've found something wrong with it too! Stay away from THIS STORE! Its always empty anyway! No cars in the garages! People are onto him/them! Hope they run them out of town!

These are the things happened to me as follows. 1) The price is so high for every function you are going to buy. 2) Poor customer service, no person answers phone call directly for urgent requests 3) After I returned my order, I got a RMA number 664, but I never got my money back for five months now 4) Think about it, this web site, http://www.advanceware.net/ promise every thing is excellent, but the truth is no such return policy for "30 days money back gurranted". Hello. To whoever ir reading this about advancedielts@yahoo.com: they are total con artists. I paid 700 USD with the agreement to be either refundable and/or get my certificates. Was supposed to pay the difference after the certificates were online. They asked me for a further 1000 USD. I requested refund of the 700 I paid and never heard back from them nor got the refund. Stay away from these con artists. Good luck guys

I have been getting a lot of spam from this company telling me that they have my account (which I don't have after searching my computer) on hold and needs to be renewed by paying them money now if I want to continue using their software. This has been going on for over a year so I wrote them a letter about the extortion style of advertising. The weird part is when my real security software is due to be renewed, this company sends me renewal e-mails which look very much like it's from the real company I use. I told them to provide proof that I bought their software and have been using it. They wanted me to go to a paypal account or the account they say I have, but I have not given them money or installed their software. I told them to do their own work and send me the PROOF. They wanted me to provide the numbered account which would be impossible since I don't have one. So far, nothing. Beware.

I have just had the most frustrating time with Windows 10 and my computer finally went to the infamous blue screen death. No computer means no work and no money to me! Advanced Tech Support were superb with enormous patience, warmth and they went the extra mile to help. I don't know what the negative reviews were all about!
Purchased HVAC system for my elderly parents. Purchased 10yr extended warranty and Tappan had an extended warranty. 1 month "check up" 2 motors blew up. The technician stated that there was no cold air return duct work and this would cause dirt to be pulled into the system, over taxing the system. After 9 1/2 years of this company providing annual "check ups" he is the first person to check the cold air return. When I brought this to the companys attention I was told that they had photos of correct installation. They refuse to provide these photos. I was also told that the system is only expected to last 10 years and that they had provided $2,000.00 worth of repairs in the past 9 years. They would not provide additional information about the repairs. Were they covered by the warranty? How many other elders have they taken advantage of? They would not respond to my certified letter or the BBB.
When you have a contract with advanced disposal and WM acquires them, I was told the terms of the contract have changed without any notice. Have been waiting for three days to have this picked up. Everyone else on our street was serviced, but they changed just us? They give lip service, but never get results. Seven calls for missed service in three months. We are done!
Their info on my husband is fabricated. Pure and simple. Put people with our last name on their site. We aren't related to even one of them. Put my ex of 25 yrs as living in my house! Not acceptable. They won't answer their phone and make it impossible to opt out. Do I need to call the FTC to slap their hands and stop their illegal practices or somewhere else? They are giving out privileged information and non pub numbers.
