“Seriously DON'T waste your money!”

I have been on hold to this company for the past 35 mins and still waiting. We paid to use their services but unfortunately they don't have ANY service. This is a scam.
They talk a good game and just keep transferring you or putting you on hold. This is absolutely ridiculous. PLEAE do not waste money with this company as we did.
STILL ON HOLD. 40minutes and counting:-(
