I ordered some shoes recently and initially all looked good - regular update emails and texts. However; eventually I received an email saying they had been undeliverable ( I have a PO box, so I do not understand this) and were returned to the company and I would be refunded. I HAVE been refunded so no issue there but they have not responded to any of my emails or 'phone voice message to advise me as to why they couldn't deliver. So no, I wouldn't recommend a company that is uncontactable if there are any issues. A friend was recently impressed by their stock but I'll be recommending to her that she doesn't order anything. Sadly my order was for something I can't find anywhere else and had been looking for for years:-(
Item ordered 3 July but still nothing. They are now ignoring my emails and calls. Don't use them is my advice.
Ordered an item that is still not delivered. Delivery keeps changing dates. I've called multiple time and emailed just as much to absolutely no response. I am disgusted with this company and will NEVER buy from them again.
Ordered an item from Zoxoro 2 months ago and like many other reviews I have read have experienced the same outcome. Zoxoro's Customer Support rep "Sheila" simple response is that the item is with the delivery contractor and simply keep checking the item using their tracking program. What a lot of bull $#*!. The company is not located in Australia as They lead you to believe but the US of A.

I ordered from Zoxoro because they listed a genuine fujifilm battery for a camera I have. After waiting many weeks for delivery, I was shocked to find that I had been sent a cheap generic product. Contacted them by email to arrange a replacement, but have heard nothing since. I think the best thing to do with this company is avoid buying from them.
Wish I read reviews before ordering. Item never arrived now opening a dispute with my credit card company. Zoxoro never responded to any emails. Thieves

Don't order from Zoxoro! I ordered a product earlier this year, it took about 4 times as long to deliver as originally advised, by which stage I had moved overseas so couldn't receive the package. I contacted them numerous times requesting resolution and eventually a refund, and still have had NO response from them.
Also, they are not located in Australia as they portray.

Ordered my soccer kit for my 3yr old son. Ordered it on the 23rd may. Expected delivery was 6 to 12 working days. Today's date is 29th june and still waiting. Each time i email them they say it's in transit. It suppose to be an Australian company but goods are coming from USA. Waiting from the bank to dispute to get my money back.

It is a bit confusing. I made an enquiry to Zoxor.com.au about the home theatre speakers a few weeks ago, but they never replied.
AMAZON needs to address this ASAP as this company ruins their reputation...
If you like honesty, integrity, good customer service and prompt delivery times, then stay the heck away from this company.
At first glace, they deceptively give the impression that they are based in Australia (Australian messagebank number and email address which fails fraud detection tests). Don't fall for it.
Also their internal 'tracking' system is baloney and doesn't marry up with the date that they actually dispatch the goods.
For example, I was told weeks ago that my item was dispatched only to find it was finally dispatched just a few days ago and is STILL in America, waiting to make the journey abroad to Australia.
So all that time I thought it was in transit (based on their lying automated email updates) it was probably sitting in some warehouse on the other side of the globe collecting dust.
I have requested a bank charge back and will be forwarding a complaint to the ACCC.
We ordered scientific equipment for Zoxoro weeks ago. Their 'tracking' is not showing where your order is, it is just their own made up graph. The order never arrived, we got an email after several requests for updates that they could not deliver the order. We hope we'll get a refund one day.
They have an Australian website address but are not an Australian company, another misleading piece of misinfo. Many other review sites also slam this company. My advice: do not use them.
Placed the order, paid for item, then waited 3 weeks to be told not available, sent 6 email to follow up and all were 'we are trying to process order, blah blah blah' never got my money back

Skip this store, they only post the product if they feel like it. These unprofessional people took my $155 for a product, and never sent it. Then when I contacted them asking where it was, why was it taking so long, I received NO response! Not one piece of acknowledgement that I'd contacted them! I shop online prolifically, I'm not inexperienced.

This is an update on my previous review,, I purchased some stools in September, I tried to cancel the order in November as the stock didn't arrive, It's now March, Yes 6 months later and I have woken the company up by having my bank contact them, they tried to deliver them in February, I would not accept the items and I was very clear I didn't want them. A few weeks ago they agreed to refund the money,, its now the middle of March and they have not done so. I am hoping no one else fall for this fake company I doubt I will see a penny of it,, so i am going to go legal now. Please be careful
