I decided to go with this company because their words were promising from the beginning and they kept their word till the end. They were handling the PPC for my business and they really did well because I felt the benefit from my side of the business. I really appreciate what they are doing for my company and would continue to work with them for the promotion of my business.

For me, this is the finest online marketing company who has really helped me reach my business goals within two months. At first, I thought that there is something wrong with this company but it is true that they proved their worth with excellent online marketing of my business services. I would recommend any business owners who are looking for good and trustworthy online marketing agency to go with this company because they are really good for which they are known for

I just had someone ring me from Zoom Web Media.
After he rambled on for about 2 mins, I asked him if he was trying to sell me something.
His reply was "I am not selling you anything. This is not my intention at all."
So my response to him was that if he wasn't selling anything, it would mean he would be "giving" me something with no strings attached.
And his response? "No ma'am, i'm not selling you anything, I'm giving to you a service. All you have to do is pay a one-time fee."
When I tried to explain to him that he was selling me a service because he was charging me, he denied it again and again. The fact that he was so dishonest really put me off. Why should I give him the time of day when he is obviously a liar!

I am quite impressed with the outstanding SEO solutions offered by the Zoom Web Media. I would like to say that initially I was not sure about hiring them, as my previous experience with a SEO company was not as I expected. So in order to make an informative decision, I contacted their experts, who assure me that they would make all their best efforts to resolve my issues, and i got to say that i was quite relaxed after having a conversation with them. These days it is hard to trust an online marketing company who does not flash a lot about the quality of their services. Yes, I was feeling that this is a very somber kind of company who does not like to advertise much about them. The friendly yet persistent sales team at Zoom are happy to call you whenever they see fit - They don't speak to you at all if you ask for a refund.
I withdrew from their 'Special Offer' package because the telephone sales story didn't match the written contract / Invoice which was sent after I'd paid the $450 deposit. At that point there was no acceptance of a design format, no images provided by me, no logo or text were supplied to begin the work - No work had been done at that point.
A year later, they still don't reply to my emails, they seem un-contactable by phone in SA - only an answering service - no call back, contact via webmaster the same - no reply. They don't even call me to state their case if they believe I am wrong to request a refund. This seems to be a deliberate policy of avoidance and 'one way traffic'. This is not a good company to deal with, bad business practices effect small businesses like mine and I'd never dream of treating a client this way. Deplorable behavior Zoom...

Paid them half their fee to develop a web site for me years ago. They failed. I didn't pay any more (got nothing from them). Since then "james" has pestered me with phone calls, and even set up conference calls with others who he regularly pesters. Don't consider for 1 second getting involved with these bunch of crooks. And by the way when you read their supposed "good" reviews, you will quickly see they are fakes written by ZWM because their English is bad. They appear to have office in a number of countries. Thoise are fakes too. When you ring the numbers you get a recording that the number no longer exists. A little while later you will get a call from their Calcutta office. All of us who have been scammed by them should start a campaign to have them outlawed from TradeIndia for example and all other marketing platforms on the web. These are the sort of businesses that give the web a bad name and they need to be put out of business.

Zoom web media did not deliver what they promised. Paid them advance money in Nov 2014. Promised me to do the following.
5 Keywords, Competition Analysis, Site analysis report, Keywords Analysis, Meta Tags, Robot. Txt, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tool, Canonical Issue Solve, Google Local Listing, Directory Submission, Blog Commenting, Forum Posting, Social Bookmarking, Search Engine Submission, PR Submission, Classified Ads, Blog Posting
Paid them second installment in December 2014. Promised to pay the balance after I see the result. But nothing happened. They chose the wrong keywords. Asked them to change my keywords. Never returned with new keywords. Contacted me to pay them the balance. I refused to pay until I see any results.
No results so far (June 2015). I am asking for the refund. They are not replying to my emails.

PLEASE do yourself a favour and DON'T trust this site they have lied all the way through the sales pitch...
Safe to say they promises you everything and deliver NOTHING!

Buyer Beware! If I could, I would rate this as 0 Stars. I was contacted by someone to offer me their SEO services. After a well rehearsed explanation, I have decided to give them a shot for the agreed to $499.

Within a few days, I had received a call that my current website is no good and that I would need to have a new website designed in order to have Zoom Web Media do what they originally were supposed to do. I had Zoom Web Media explain to me, what they would do and how much, I had agreed to a further $849.

However something about the process just struck me wrong, so I called into my Visa company to check the charges. The original $499 turned out to be well over $500 and the $849 was closer to a $900 charge. I called to cancel and get my money back, this is where this process really got fun.

I had to waste my time making multiple calls just to be hung up on, passed around to "managers", accounting departments and so on. After repeated attempts and multiple threats of bad press and about 4 months later, I finally managed to get $799.66 back. I have been dealing with these clowns for over a year now to have my full refund returned. I still do not have my full refund and probably never will.

The worst company that I have dealt with. PERIOD!

Great for anyone who would like to be frustrated, annoyed and being taken advantage of. Can be very entertaining if you like con artists, and liars.

I will never ever recommend Zoom web media, they are big time liars. First they will promise you that they can take the yearly payment in 4-5 installments, but once you get enrolled with them with 1st payment they will call you and say that they need full money within a month. They will promise you so many things upfront but once you get enrolled they will never full fill those.
I am Mortgage agent and for my they keywords plays a vital role for searching my website. I provided some keywords to them but they never used those, they used there own big keyword searches that none of us will use to search for a mortgage broker.
If a client is looking to get a mortgage, they will directly put a mortgage agent or mortgage broker in GTA or in any area, but what key words they are putting is "Pre-approval of mortgage in GTA". If you miss any of these words you can't find my website.
They promised my that they will be making you-tube video but that never happened.

In short, better to hire any professional in your own country but never hire Zoom web media. Don't trust them.
