Hi everyone, My advice is NEVER work with this company, they are scammers!
They cold called me. I paid $7500 for 2 websites to be built, hosting/domain, SEO and social media. During the production of first website it became very clear that it was not working out the way it should so I decided they weren't doing the second website, (which no work had taken place at this point on the second site) I asked for a refund of the $4400 I had paid for website and domain/hosting, I received an email from supposedly the manager stating a full refund would be given by way of instalments over a 3 month period, I have not received 1 cent from them. I have emailed multiple times requesting my money and asking what was happening with the refund but they just don't respond. The first website is still not working properly over a year down the line and each time I ask for the repairs to be done they say it will but they don't do anything, I get told they will call me at a particular time and day but they don't, when I call them I am on hold for hours waiting for someone to answer and then if they do they fob you off. As I have not had any joy getting the issues on my website resolved I decided I couldn't wait any longer and today I got a local person to take a look and sort the problems for me, he was astounded by what he saw, the problem is much bigger than initially thought, he also told me the SEO I have paid for, was and has not been done and he showed me, there is no SEO on my website at all so the reports they have sent are just google search SEO reports and then sent me those, I have paid $1000 for SEO and effectively received nothing. I am extremely annoyed that a business can do this and basically get away with it as they have no physical address so you can't bang on their door for a resolution, I am now left with engaging lawyers and trying to recover my money thats rightfully mine not theirs.
My advice to anyone considering working with Zoom Web Media is DON'T you will regret it and you will only need to respend the money to repair or replace your website, all the while it being deterimental to your business as now I can't do any marketing on my website until the issues are fixed, meaning the cost goes way beyond my inital investment in the website.
Always stay local people where you can physically go to their address should you need to.

This company creates various country specific domains, using the above-mentioned company names to scam a country with different company names, until a domain name receives many negative reviews and gets black listed. As they use pc phone dialers, it will seem to you that it is a call from your country (like a call from Toronto to Ontario). PC phone dialer system allows you to set a number in your desired way. Although it is a call from India, you will think it is a call from your nearby city. Consequently, you easily trust the call and get motivated to pay upfront for a web or digital marketing work. They will call you back within a few days and ask you to pay more for better quality work. After that, they will not take your call and never do your works. After 6 months or 1 year- when the domain will receive many negative reviews or government attention as a scam, they will change the domain name and appear again with a different company name and domain to steal your money again. Actually their business goal is to scam and rob people across the globe repetitively with different company names and country specific domains.

I was skeptical (very) to start with and I told them so, right from the beginning. But I figured I'd give them a chance. I very clearly told them under what circumstances I would go ahead and work with them. I told them "only under these conditions" am I going ahead with this deal. They said it was a deal. They also promised I would get 100% refund if I wasn't happy 3 months down the road.
4 months later, still no website and been emailing back and forth. Along the way I kept reminding them that they will have to provide certain documentation and certain changes to the website. They did neither. Finally I said if they weren't going to make the website like I had asked them to, and not provide documentation like they had agreed to, no problem. Just give me a refund.
No way. They claim I don't qualify for a refund. The top dog (boss or manager) who I talked to for an hour (after having gone through a couple of levels of management/people) finally begged me and promised me to give him 1 more week. He promised to put his whole team to work on my website and it would be something I would be happy with. If I didn't like it then he would give me a refund.
1 week came and went; I saw nothing of the supposed website. Didn't even do a thing on it. And they said they would never give me the documentation which was clearly a condition that was required before I would get anything. I've fussed back and forth with them for a few weeks and then I told them that I just don't have time to fuss with it. They had taken my money and not delivered anywhere near what I wanted nor what they had promised.
The last payment they had gone ahead and charged my cc even though I had clearly emailed them saying they were NOT authorized to charge my card until I had verified and approved the site. They charged it anyway.
Lets face it; these guys "might" be ok for an amateur website where they decide what to do and how to do it. And if you never want any control of the layout, etc. Horrible back end of the demos that I did get.
But by far the worse is that they will never under any circumstance give a refund; don't believe that lie. When I told them their policy states they will give a refund if customer isn't happy, they said that only applies to SEO on the website - not anything else!
I would highly recommend you stay far away from this company.

Beware, I paid these guys $400 up front as a deposit on $700 deal to build my website to my design. They were hopeless, couldn't produce my home page design, claim that Keith, the guy in charge was away and no-one else could assist. Ignored my communications, and still holding my money. I've since built my own website www.containerarchitecture.co using WIX It was so easy and free.
