I am an independent owner and run a line of clothing stores in Canada. I decided to create my website but had no clue how to go about it. Recently, I got in touch with Zoom Web Media and I am extremely content with their service. Their website designers are knowledgeable and they exactly know what you want. Do not do business with these crooks. They promised me a good price on start up. They created a website for our company and then it all went down hill. They continually we asking for more money for a variety of different reason and then we well surpassed the original quote and normal price I negotiated under. Emails were not working for weeks on end and when this happened they put there phones on busy. No customers service and when I phone to another country just to talk to someone it sounded like I phoned someones house and the guy didn't know what I was talking about. I then want to move to a different company for my website and then they took full advantage of us. They held our domain/host info hostage and made us pay for to release it. Long story short this service was suppose too cost us under $1000 by the end of it, it costed us thousands to get out. Please do not use these scammers I can't tell you enough the financial and emotion stress this put on our company. DO NOT USE!

1. They charged me for 3 years and after 10 months when the google changed its algorithm, zoom web could not fix my email. So, they simply pulled my website down and my old vista print website that I designed was up again. Why did I pay them $1200 for web design and hosting when I will be left with my old website.
2. They did not give me a source code, at least I could hire someone else to host it.
3. they charged my credit card twice and wanted to keep it for marketing which I declined, and they returned the second charge. It happened twice, once when I paid for website and once when i paid for 3 year hosting.
4. no one cares to respond now- I am taking them to court

This company is based in India and complete scam.
This company has fleeced money from me promising me a website landing page and social media management. They didn't deliver any part of the project. They have fired their project managers and did not assign anyone to complete the work. They didn't even return my money. They have produced falsified documents to Paypal and Paypal didn't refund me any money.
Stay away from Indian IT companies.

Took money from credit card without authority, then talked me into having the work done and site hosted. I already had a site and they wanted info to transfer it. I gave them ftp credentials, and they somehow couldn't do it. I gave them my cpanel info, and then I get warning notice from hosting service about copyright infringement. The site had been removed by the time I got to look.

They took money for hosting for five years (which was not approved) and have not given me any information for access to portal, and again, I have no site!

Just got a call from these jokers. After speaking to me with what sounded like marbles in his mouth, I finally understood the name of the company he was calling from. His sales pitch was mediocre at best and when I told him I don't own a business currently he just hung up the phone. So I looked them up on LinkedIn - their "CEO" doesn't even have his name listed. They only have four employees.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

If this company stays in business for very long it will only be through volume of sales calls made with clearly outdated call lists.

I hire the services od Zoom Web Media for my Wife's Website. Terrible Experience. Please. Please If somebody call regarding to do work with them. Don't hesitate to hung up the phone on them. They give you all kind of examples and ways to help you Business, in witch there are right. But they are start charging you and when they get money from you, that's it they don't call you and they don't answer you calls. The Owner this guy call himself "Zed" does not call you back ones he got your Money. If you call for any Number in this website they don't answer no more. So what kind of professional company you can relay on it? Not This Guys Scammers! Be Aware!

I received a call from one of there agents to design a website for the company I was working for. They took my credit card information and said it would be $600. When I saw the statement it showed that they charged $1300. I talked to the agent and told him that I don't want the website to be designed anymore and I want me refund cause they lied about the cost. He said that that's not a problem and that he will refund the money. This was March 2015 and I've called them over 50 times and they should "it's been processed." I stayed pretty patient for a while and now my number has been blocked and if I do get thru to them from a different line. They say that the refund has been processed but I'm still waiting for it. It's been 15 months now. Don't do business with these thieves.
