They stole your personal informaiton, post on their website for profit and refuse to delete it! I have contacted them many times and request they delete my personal cell phone and email info. But got no response at all! Zoominfo go to hell! $#*! company!

Zoominfo is very user friendly and all the contacts are updated on monthly basis. After integrating with revenue grid my time consumption of exporting leads is very less. It allows for quick and easy finding of key contacts and accounts. It provides a great database for finding folks.

I was asked by my boss to look into this organization, so I expressed interest on their site. I was then called 3-5 times a day, often 3 times in a row, and emailed twice a day. On the 4th day I answered a call and asked not to be contacted over the phone again. I was still contacted repeatedly. I'm currently blocking every number of theirs I can find. I was planning to use Zoominfo's service, but their sales tactics have sent me away. I will look for one of their competitors in order to not support this kind of harassment. I don't know who that works on, but it will not work on me.

ZoomInfo helps me thoroughly research my prospects and gives me ammo to personalize my sales outreach with. The more specific I can be to an account and what's relevant to them, the more effective I am as a Sales professional. The business scoops compiles insight in one spot that's otherwise challenging or time intensive to mine on my own. I was impressed that it noted an M&A for one of my target accounts that I wasn't able to find on their website or in the news.

It's amazing how little you get out of your contract with Zoominfo. Poor upkeep of contacts, a+ rated will still have invalid information. This company has one goal and one goal only, take money from hardowrking companies, to sell and data mine people's information. Zoominfo should be embarrassed at their lack of care and invalid information that's rated at an A+ rating. Pathetic.

It's solving the time sink related to prospecting. I assign what intent signals I want to target, and turn on the engine. I get back the exact prospect profile I was targeting, and Zoominfo does all of the data scrubbing and pre-qual for me. I love the ability to have very targeted prospecting, and the ability to push that prospect info directly into Salesforce, and start my communication. The best part is that everything is in one place, and I can use Scoops to quickly gather insights to help me better relate with the people I am talking to. Find targeted prospects, gather (accurate) data about them and quickly turn that information over to cadence is incredibly helpful.

I have been the victim of a stalker for years. For this reason I am not on linkedin, have my Facebook page deactivated, not on IG etc. Then Zoominfo list my place of work, phone number email etc without my permission. I now have to move cities and jobs again. Their tools for removing my profile do not work, their phone is never answered and they do not respond to support messages. This violates my countries privacy laws but as they are US based they don't care a fig. Bastards!

Found my company information on their web site but there was a CEO whom I have never heard of listed to my company. Looks like a site for people or wanabes to try an puff themselves out. Tried to contact this web site, they sent a link for support that dose not work. A human did answer the phone and send a link that also does not work. Beware!

I agreed on a call with Zoominfo to test drive their platform, and it was a horrible mistake. They didn't show up at the agreed-upon time and only let me know about the cancellation last minute. Instead, I'm now getting pummeled with emails and calls. I received emails from 3 addresses from them, and I'm now receiving calls from them at unscheduled times several times every single day. I think I'm receiving around 15-20 unsolicited calls per week. How they get away with this is shocking to me. Whoever is running this joke of a company, I hope they get what they deserve.

Zooming gathers incorrect information on business revenue, business addresses, employee names, and more. It is all wrong. They are a complete joke and should be shut down. It should be illegal to do that they do. Someone needs to lock them up.

Zoominfo is more interested in enforcing their auto renew clause than actually working with their clients. You will not hear from your customer service rep until AFTER the renewal clause date has come and gone. Then they will call to let you know that you owe them $$$$.
They are not interested in finding out whether your company is using the tool or if you are dissatisfied with it. They are interested in the renewal clause. Check BBB rating.

I hired this company for lead generation... After using them for about 9 months, I called them and stated that I did not want to use their services anymore as I was unable to get ahold of not even 1 customer! I also sent them an email notification of my intent to not renew with them, however, they advised me that I was late 1 day of the 60 day notice period! I have asked for call logs and recordings to prove that I gave my notice on time but now they are refusing to send me this information... They are a bunch of scam artists!

I bought this bought for my small business, recruiting agency. I was told there is a 95% accuracy rate in the data that they provide. They lied! Locked me into a 15K contract and I received nothing from them. I downloaded 555 contacts and had at a 60% bounce rate. The email addresses were coming back not valid. They have no explanation for this. I have read nothing but bad reviews, I should of researched prior to signing up. These people are taking from companies and creating fake profiles of real people. Clients are pissed off with all your fake and false data. This company lies and then charges you to remove their lies
They should be banned from Internet and the company sued for damaging reputation with fake data
