“Never signed up for Auto renewal-But now I need to pay because my subscription automatically renewed”

Never signed up for auto renewal, but some how this auto renewal has been added and I am being sent this invoice asking for payment stating that my subscription has been automatically renewed. I have emailed multiple times to the AR email address and also to another Account Manager. They just keep sending me this invoice again and again asking for payment.
