ZoomInfo SalesOS is extremely helpful. You can type in anyone's name and their contact info, revenue. Headcount, website, etc all come up! It is solving the problem of finding revenue & headcount for my lead generation. It has made my normal task go from 3-5 minutes to 30 seconds. I've saved SO much time! The ease of using SalesOS is a definite PLUS!

In terms of features, I like the filtering system best. I am able to use applicable filters to find ideal prospect matches.

It's solving the time sink related to prospecting. I assign what intent signals I want to target, and turn on the engine. I get back the exact prospect profile I was targeting, and Zoominfo does all of the data scrubbing and pre-qual for me. I love the ability to have very targeted prospecting, and the ability to push that prospect info directly into Salesforce, and start my communication. The best part is that everything is in one place, and I can use Scoops to quickly gather insights to help me better relate with the people I am talking to. Find targeted prospects, gather (accurate) data about them and quickly turn that information over to cadence is incredibly helpful.
ZoomInfo helps me get real contact information. I prospect into a lot of companies that we have never prospected into before so I have no contact information. SalesOS enables me to actually be able to reach out to prospects and actually have the opportunity to create awareness, have opportunities and SELL and do my job and get paid. And who doesn't want to get paid? I love having the extension so it works well alongside other resources I use -- my work is that much more efficient. Also love how easy it is to create lists and LOVE WebSights!

When I initially came across ZoomInfo, I was quite optimistic, as the services they offered appeared to be just what my business needed. However, my experience has proven to be a series of let-downs and unfulfilled promises.
Firstly, the claims made by ZoomInfo regarding the features and benefits of their services were tantalizing. The platform promised to help enhance our business's lead generation and marketing efforts with a plethora of tools and data. However, after signing up and investing not only money but also significant time into integrating their services, it became evident that the reality fell considerably short of the promises made.
In addition, customer support – a cornerstone of any reputable service – is virtually non-existent at ZoomInfo. After encountering several issues with their platform, I reached out through multiple channels in an effort to seek assistance. My attempts encompassed emails, phone calls, and even resorting to social media. Dishearteningly, not only were my inquiries met with radio silence, but I also discovered that this seems to be a common issue amongst other users who have voiced similar frustrations.
What has been particularly aggravating is that ZoomInfo did not shy away from assertive marketing communications. But when the tables are turned, and the customer needs to communicate, the channels seemingly evaporate.
I would have appreciated, at the very least, an acknowledgment of my concerns, even if it meant waiting a while for a resolution. The sheer indifference and lack of response have severely impacted my confidence in the platform and the company.
In conclusion, I cannot, in good faith, recommend ZoomInfo to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive lead generation tool. It is imperative that companies stand behind their products and support their customers. Unfortunately, in my experience, ZoomInfo has failed on both counts.

The more specific I can be to an account and what's relevant to them, the more effective I am as a Sales professional. The business scoops compiles insight in one spot that's otherwise challenging or time intensive to mine on my own. I was impressed that it noted an M&A for one of my target accounts that I wasn't able to find on their website or in the news.
I liked the navigation. The icons are perfect. It is a brilliant CRM. It fulfills all the requirements for official purposes. The UI/UX is very friendly. It can be integrated with many applications. It helps me in finding the right POCs. The navigation is easy and I can add customer in a more convenient manner. It has improved my productivity. It has increased my performance.
What every business asks: "How do we get new customers!?" ZoomInfo is the answer to that. Zoominfo has been able to help me find customers who are already looking for a solution like ours! It turns cold calling into warm calling and makes our lives so much easier.

I was able to reach out to folk who I would not have found otherwise. It's helpful the person's LinkedIn page is within view so I don't have to open up another tab to find it.
I like being able to locate a company and find out what they make/manufacture as well as find the correct contact for any inquiries I may have with ZoomInfo. I like the flow of the email campaigns as well.

Using the various intelligence tools available, we can email prospects showing intent and dial only those that have raised their hands. This helps eliminate wasteful manhours manually dialing on prospects that are still researching and not ready to make a decision.
I am a minority owned small business start up. Zoominfo promised that I would be provided with quality information for prospect leads for my small business that was seeking prospects with 1-5 employees. Upon signing up for the service, I found that this was NOT the case. The information for this size company is either missing or inaccurate. IN THE FIRST 30 days, I attempted to contact and let them know. The only people who respond is the AR team when they want money. (or after you pay them upon receipt of the invoice, they continue to contact you until their system updates 3 days later...)
They did offer upgrades, however, that just proves they are NOT considering what I am saying. Their product is NOT for my size prospect, it isn't as promised. Attempted to get them to honor their quality guarantee. When they FINALLY put me into contact with their legal dept, they use their crafty legal terms to sneak in and make it impossible for them to be at fault. There is no recourse or anything you can do. Basically if you sign up for their product, regardless if it is as they promised, you are stuck with the USELESS product and have to pay for it.
I DO NOT recommend this for any small business. They only care about making their sales numbers and profits, not if their product is actually usable for their small business client.

We used a competitive product for a few years (Luscha) which had such old contact data is was almost useless. ZoomInfo deliver amazing result immediately. My favorite thing about ZoomInfo is the depth of pertinent information at a single click... knowing the numbers I have are ALMOST Always on target is a GAME CHANGER!

They do not permit any communication aside from emails and then they lie to you and say this will be removed in 24 to 72 hours. No removal and no assistance from anyone. They do not care they have erroneous information or misleading, unprofessional information on their site. Do not use them! This is a bad company that will not show you or your company in a good light.
