Having never gone through purchasing anything like this before I was a little apprehensive. Looked at the reviews and chose these guys. Started with an informative emails, then away I went and purchased the software and it arrived within the stated time, although only just!
All in all a very positive process.
Recorder was ordered on Tuesday night and it arrived Thursday by the post man.
It included free upgrades and the delivery was free. I checked the prices and zoom came in about the cheapest, although a few dubious sites came in a few pounds below.

This is my first review, so don't expect anything amazing. All I can say is my software arrived on time and was up and working within the hour. I didn't have any problems with the service or speed and would both recommend and use again.

Ordered on Saturday delivered and installed on Wednesday - exactly when they said they would - and the after sales service is fantastic cannot rate them highly enough - Customer Service 100%, Pricing 100%, Delivery when they said they would 100%, installation high quality and nothing was too much of a problem 100%.
Unfortunately the software I ordered is somewhat mind boggling and I think it will be sometime until I get to grips... Well done all round
I liked the range and the competitive prices, the free delivery was another bonus. Parts packages arrived on the third day and delivery was by FedEx. Installed the software on the pc and laptop with everything working just fine. Good response to questions from this old bloke.
Excellent service and value. The product I ordered reached me in less than 24 hours. It was packed with care, and I had received dispatch notification and receipt very efficiently, too. PROBABLY WORTH AVOIDING LIKE THE PLAGUE! Was going to purchase graphics software from Zoom4u, but price seemed very low. Decided to check reviews first and noticed a number of complaints. When we checked their address we became more suspicious as their location is just around the corner from where we live. We thought that Grove Works on Grove Road was an old shoe factory that had been converted into flats. To double check we walked round to have a look, and sure enough they are a complex of 28 domestic flats, not a business in sight. We're consequently staying well clear, seems dodgy to us.
Order was taken by phone on the 1st by a very nice lady. She explained everything in idiots terms for me. The tablet arrived 2 days later by fedex.
Got a follow up that day asking me if everything was ok.
The speed was very good and the service was excellent.

Our company recently used zoom for office software. From start to finish zoom were fantastic. They were extremely friendly and helpful and kept things very simple and straight forward. They were very quick to answer any queries and really did put themselves out to help. We needed the software in a short space of time and we had no trouble with this - they arrived with days to spare and installed great! We are really pleased with the end product and the service provided. We would definately recommend these guysin the future and look forward to doing business with them again
Ordered Corel Draw x5 Good Price but nothing arrived. Emailed the company (as there's no phone contact) three times, given false delivery date each time.
Finally arrived three weeks after ordering. NOT GOOD ENOUGH - DON'T USE THEM they don't deserve our custom. You've been warned.
Ordered acrobat for my husband, but unfortunately I ordered the wring format or something. He wasn't very happy. Emailed the company and a very nice lady was more than happy to exchange my mistake for the right unit. All in all everything was sorted out within 5 days... Its nice to see that some companies still have a personal side.
