The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. I purchased a number of dresses and blouses. They looked great in the photos but most of the clothing was made of cheap fabric, had poor seams, or did not fit well.
Tip for consumers:
They claim you can get a refund, but I never received any credit. The website says that you can return items, but when I tried to return items, I discovered that it would be expensive and that there would be no guarantee that items would be received. As an consolation for not returning, they offered me a 15% refund which I chose to accept. However, I see no record of ever having received the credit.

I was looking forward to this dress and can't believe what came. It has little resemblance. Plus super short and I'm only 5"1". Look at poor sewing - the 'jewels'! 4 out of 6 items I ordered did not fit well. Very hard to return for credit also! Company in China, mailing fees high. Will not order from this company again.

This sure isn't amazon prime (not even amazon prime is 2-day delivery anymore). I'm two weeks out and have no clue when I will receive my order. Their tracking system is poor. My order has apparently been at the "airport processing center" for 5 days now. Don't order with free shipping unless you have at least a month before you need the goods. Bottom line: unpredictable delivery may leave you very frustrated and you gifts late for the occasion.

I fell in love with these clothes as soon as I saw them on the site. The styles are unique, and the prices are terrific. Unfortunately, I haven't received my order yet. It's been a month since I placed it, so I'm pretty disappointed. I know the holiday season is crazy though, so I'm trying to be patient. Just can't wait to get my clothes!
Ordered 5 cotton dresses and one dress of jersey material. Very satisfied with the dresses, they are as pictured online and sized as listed. I was worried with all the negative reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Shipping arrived as promised and took less than 4 weeks.

This website always has great clothes at fairly affordable prices (some things can be expensive) and as an online shopper the shipping is relatively fast and they offer clearing for customs. I highly recommend it!
At first I thought the clothing (which is mostly what I bought) was so nice looking online and so reasonably priced. That should have been my "red flag", the prices. The quality was poor and the sizing was way off even though there is a wide range of sizes. About a third of the tops fit. And the quality is so bad that I will wear them as pajama tops. I didn't return anything because they make returns very difficult requiring photos and long descriptions of the problem, even if it it's just the wrong size. I was also afraid of the return shipping costs since I had to pay almost $38.00 for the original shipping! I also bought a pair of rhinestone earrings which had a missing rhinestone on one piece and a purse that had permanent indentations and a pinhole in it. All I can say is that it is mass produced, cheap crap. Learn a lesson from my loss...
