Absolute scam! I was very disappointed with the quality! Waited for 2 months for my order to come. And I received garbage! Bad experience, stay away from zolfa.ca. They present themselves as a Canadian company, but they are in China - the items came from China, also the Return center! It is difficult to return the goods, as there are import/export regulations. The company withdraws for being contacted by the Import officials in China, refuses to cooperate. Very suspicious business practices, scam! And getting a refund is... almost impossible. I ordered some very very nice items - Merrell shoes from their catalogue, but what I have received were totally different of what they offered, not worth the price and they have such of conditions of refunding that I must admit to myself I was simply stupid and I lost my money with them. They get you on nice catalogue of good brand shoes and wonderful pictures, but they send you some very cheap and ugly shoes which do not worth When you want to return - you should send them back to China and pay post expenses and you are even warned that may be customs... robot like answers, or they offered you to keep the ugly items and they will refund 20% of the price which has never happened. 20% - is nothing – it is a THEFT and FRAUD. Here the pictures of what I ordered (4 and 5 picture) and what I got (first three picture), order no 1 should be Merrell shoes - came a kind of very cheap and ugly white shoes which do not worth 5 dollars, the second item – the same ugly and cheap shoes. I have payed $198.65for the shoes + 58.8386 CAD VAT +42.0276 CAD custom taxes + 22.9241 CAD post services - Total 321.84 CAD, but received two pairs of shoes which do not go beyond 20 CA dollars. What to do, how to throw such a monster company out of the market?
