I was really nervous to order because theres definitely some not so great reviews, HOWEVER! I ordered 2 glass front wedding albums and got a 50% off coupon which was AMAZING! The leather and inside quality was absolutely incredible! The photo on the outside looked a little off-colour I think maybe from the glass? Anyways, I still loved them so much and got 50% that I didnt feel it was necessary to contact them. About 4 months later my husband suggested I contact them and instantly they were like, no problem, we'll ship out 2 new ones asap and they did! The new ones arrived and they were the same so they suggested I choose another style and send out ANOTHER 2 pairs totally free and so fast! Over the top superb custom care! Would totally recommend and order again.

As everyone says, they have zero customer support. I paid for two duplicate albums. They only sent one. It is impossible to get them to rectify the situation. AVOID, AVOID AVOID.

Worst and unprofessional printing and costumer service I experienced! I ordered my wedding album through ZNO, Uploaded high resolution - top quality photos, and I received a totally different album - with low quality blurry and off color photos. When contacting them they said the original photos I uploaded are the problem. Showing them proof of their mistake did not help and they won't refund me.

Zero tolerance to listen to customer issue. Solving problem? She just doesn't want to listen. And i am Zno pro plan member for past 3+ years and purchased products periodically.
I have had a Maker Plan subsription for a couple of months. Their terms & conditions say you can cancel any time with a notification period. After numerous emails and requests via web form, I simply never got a response to my cancellation request. They kept withdrawing money from my credit card account and I had to contact VISA to credit this back. The products and books they offer are nice, but prepare to being screwed if you want to cancel your plan.

I was very disappointed with ZNO customer service.
My album wasn't printed as supposed to, the pages were cut uneven, however it takes so long for them to process requests and not willing to help at all.
I sent proof pics but that didn't help either.
Customer Service is NON-EXSISTANT. Do NOT order from this site. The book I received has binding that isn't sealed, the pages are low quality, and the color quality of the photos are horrible. I would never order from this company. Not to mention they post they are an American company with a flag on the home page, and the shipment came from China.
I have been using this company for 5 years and recently had a product drop shipped that was lost in the mail a month! Horrible customer service and no regard for loyal customers whatsoever, they are handling the situation by insisting I make my client wait another 1-2 weeks till their delivery company investigates instead of rectifying this w a reprint or refund.
This is not how you run a business and not is it a risk you want to take if you like to keep your clients happy.
I haven been ordering since 2013 all my albuns i am photographer and this year I decide to order a press book they advertise a hard cover but is a cheap thing that don't look like the photos they post and also all images look unclear and fussy like low res. They won't refund me me or so anything. I have been referral to many clients and friends I totally regretted. Customer service is just horrible as pride went up and quality went down.
Purchased expensive photo books about 4 years ago, one of them was damaged so I ordered an exact photo book that was archived with their database, EXACT, it came in cut off on the right side cutting into the text by 1 inch +/-, this is a heirloom photo album to us. I contacted them about the problem and explained to them that it was their fault or their printers fault, they offered me 25% discount to reorder it. As a business that is awful customer service and they didn't answer after the first reply. They claim that it was the way I uploaded the photos, BUT I just reordered the same exact perfect centered album I received 4 years ago. They have good quality products, but be aware of something goes wrong, don't expect them to make it right, they don't even have a review section on their site and their Instagram page comments are disabled, probably because of the same horrible complaints they do nothing about. This is not how you run a business, from this one mistake your losing dozens upon dozens of customers I would refer as I have in the past, some companies are thick headed and don't know how to do business, pathetic and insulting.
I ordered a Layflat Photo Book with linen cover with Debossing in Gold.
The Font on the front page was not straight so I send an email to customer support. They refused to acknowledge the issue and have not been willing to rectify the issue.

We order upwards of 10.000 with ZNO and lately they starting to blame their mistakes on us like we are some dumb idiots and cant' tell the difference between different colors. Really sad cuz they used to be good.
I have used this company many times, even when they used to be called Artisan State, Never had a problem until I needed service. Client received the album damaged, looks like it was damaged in transit. Have emailed several times with each email sounding more and more desperate. No response at all - none! This company is a joke and costing me my reputation - DO NOT USE THEM!
$#*!ed up my order. I was told my order, for my bride, would be here by Thursday, but it wasn't even shipped until the day before it was supposed to arrive, even when I paid for priority shipping. TERRIBLE customer service, and their lab is in $#*!ing china apparently... photographers be warned. If you need your album within 2 weeks of ordering, you won't $#*!ing get it.
We've ordered from them in the past and the products were great. But, we recently placed a rather expensive order that was lost in the mail. We called asking for help as it was a family gift and personal item but the customer support representative "Evelyn" was absolutely horrible.
She repeated the same thing over and over again, argued with me, and offered not even a shred of care that you would expect from a customer service representative.
Won't be ordering from them again.
I worked a few weeks on stunning layouts but when was ready to order and put in all my valid credit card information it kept on pending for a few hours, and I couldn't order it even when I tried different credit cards and lost all my hard work. I tried calling them but nobody picked up ever. THERE'S NOBODY TO TALK TO! No wonder all reviews are terrible. NEVER AGAIN THIS COMPANY THAT JUST WANTS YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
I've placed many orders from ZNO. I've never had a problem-Good prices and Decent quality... until now. Customer service is absolute garbage. I had a problem where an order was sent to the wrong address (an address from THREE years ago) I have had orders sent since that address. It was delivered and accepted by whoever lives there now. Customer service responds by saying it's not their problem and that it was my fault the address was what it was. Are your serious?!
If you want a cheap product it's a great cheap product. If something goes wrong with your order than you pay for even cheaper service. Good luck getting your money back.

I have ordered several books from ZNO, and all of them have since come apart due to bad glue/adhesive used in the album construction. I reached out to ZNO to explain the problem and they promptly sent me replacement albums. Unfortunately, these have come apart too. If they fixed their problem with the glue they used, I would be happy with the product, but unfortunately it is a disaster and complete waste in the current state.
Horrible Company they wont help you with anything. Preview software is faulty and when reaching out for help, the lady (who sounded very ghetto) was rude and defensive the minute i started speaking with her. Not the best quality either my sample album already looks old and i've taken good care of it.
Have dealt with them for 3 weeks. They are terrible. All they do is delay any response to resolution. They claim they need more photos as they cant see the problems in the ones I sent. As you can see one is smudged other was dented. Either they didn, t look at them or they lie

Ordered four 20x30 metal prints. Came with a dent in three of them. Other ink smudged. Followed all instructions to report problems and received emails giving me excuses why they couldn't process my problem. Asked my wife if I should reorder and she said to flush the three hundred dollars down the toilet instead.
The first time I ordered, they had put the wrong province, so the package bounced in the system until I called DHL to sort it out. Ok, mistakes happen. The second time I order (I placed the order before I received the first order), I asked them about putting in a border on standard prints, which the website indicated was possible. Client services said it's not possible. I had to place an order to meet a deadline, but sent a message right after saying if it is possible to put a border per website, please do. I sent them a message withe a screen shot of the website, and they were like, oops, just kidding, it's possible. So I asked them to follow through with my request, and they responded they can't change an order. Poor customer service. Not making the mistake of ordering from them again.

I have tired so hard to like ZNO. I have placed several orders with ZNO and the last year since they made the switch from Artisan state its been one issue after another! Their customer service does not exist! Forget about calling they will NEVER answer or call you back. I've ordered several of their top of the line flush mounts and use to love them the quality has been so poor now! The colors are muddy and dull, my images are destroyed all of the sharpness is gone! I requested a reprint on 2 albums that came to me literally GREEN in color! Only one of them arrived they claimed they never got a request for the other I had to screen shot the email and underline it. They said they would reprint and send out, weeks later the album is still not here and I have a very unhappy client now! When I email them it takes several days for a answer sometimes you just don't get an answer at all and have to send additional emails. This lab is no longer for the professional photographer and the quality has gone WAY down! Very sad!
