I had several questions while getting set up and Leticia at customer service provided prompt and great service. She also helped by pointing out additional features that I was not aware of that will be helpful to me. I am looking forward to seeing how well the product works for us.
Ziprecruiter organizes the applicants well and makes it easier for a busy hiring manager to manage the process on their own without losing track of candidates. The screening questions tool is very helpful for filtering unqualified applicants out quickly and the mass mailing tool makes closing out the job quick and easy. I would have given it 5 stars if the price was more in line with other job boards.
Also, the online chat was very helpful when I had questions. Melody was able to quickly answer my questions which is great for me because hiring is not my regular job duty so the less time I spend wrestling with hiring tools the better.
I'm very pleased that there is a 24-7 help line with real people to help answer my questions. I admit I'm technically challenged. Thanks Tonya for being so patient, pleasant and super helpful!

Great customer service. Erika was very helpful. I think $10 is a little steep to just still have access to your candidates, but we chose to do this instead of having the headache of creating a new account if/when we do another job posting.

Any time a service I use on a consistent basis has a chat option for help, I am happy but when it is handled like Ziprecruiter, I am thrilled. So much easier than calling and waiting and being transferred.

This was the first time I had to make a call to Ziprecruiter asking for help and Tanya rocked the call! She was very pleasant and upbeat! The call was very quick and I received the help I needed! I would recommend Ziprecruiter to all!

Tatianna was very helpful. I had a few questions about how to use the account since I am a new user and she was able to answer all of my questions promptly and courteously! Also, gave me extra links for other training that may be useful. The chat option is definitely an advantage to other services.
Melody was quick to respond, friendly and answered all of my questions. I just posted my first job, had a few questions, and she helped me with all of them.
I chatted with Erika, and my issue was fixed. I hit end chat before we were done, and not only was I able to get her back online, she actually saw my last post and did what I asked. Yeah Erika!

We are new to Ziprecruiter so I called in to get my password reset and get started on the site. I was lucky enough to get on the phone with a pleasant women named Tanya. She stood on the phone with me the entire time while we waited for the password reset link, to assure I got it. We also were able to chat about where we live and the weather! She not only helped me with what I called in for but she also gave me a quick tour of the site and even gave me a good suggestion on linking our Facebook to be able to share the jobs on our pages. Wish all customer service reps were as helpful and kind as she was. Thank you Tanya :)
