I spoke with Maika in regards to my job posting question. She was very kind and offered to help fix my issue as well as walked me through it for the future. She was a great help!

Erika was so helpful, she stuck with me and fixed my issues. She had a great attitude and made the whole transaction so easy. I wish she lived closer so I could convince her to come work for me!

Morgan was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed to do. She directed me to the area where I needed to be to delete the saved password do i was not asked to renew the password every time I logged on.

I called and spoke with Leticia Barton who fixed my ad and even updated it so that it would show current since I reactivated an old ad and didn't realize it would not show the current date. Tried Ziprecruiter for a hyper specific position, didn't get any good applicants over a month and a bit, however. Customer service from DeJuan was great, and he's made me decide to try it again in the future. These guys aren't just in it to make a quick buck, they're in it for the long game by developing real client relationships. Great service, very impressed.

Did not flood my inbox with candidates that didn't make sense and made it easy to learn about and communicate with the good ones. Would recommend to other small businesses!

After multiple billing issues over the years - i had a recent experience with Melody, via their chat line and SHE was great. She listened, took care of it timely and was pleasant. I wish all representatives were like Melody.
