Stay away, you have a problem, Greystar does not care. Lived there for 2 years and a new nightmare neighbor moved in. Tried to move apartments or get out of lease and just kept getting the run around. After 10 plus complaints on the neighbor I just moved out after telling Greystar why. They are now going to sue me for breaking my lease if I don't pay them $4600 plus. Stay away!
Great site for finding MLS listings and easy to navigate. The only thing is you should realize that real estate agents pay to be listed on the site and you might want to keep that in mind. Typically I have found it best to find an agent by referral rather than by an advertisement. I have a friend who is an agent and it is true that the most successful agents can afford to take out huge magazine and newspaper ads, so that might be some food for thought.
