I would avoid this site at all costs I did receive over 2200 design drafts but they where all very sub standard most designers are just anyone that signs up with zero experience you send a message to a designer for a change and most of the time.they won't even respond to you just bombard you with designs in an effort to get you you to.br overwhelmed and chose something please avoid this company at all costs they will basically take your money and you will be regretful Shaun the senior project manager is just as stupid he has generic responses to your concerns and will just try sell you more substandard add ons please avoid

I initially found zilliondesigns.com via a search engine, and started an application for a custom logo presentation. Within 1-2 minutes of creating my customer profile, I had a gentleman calling my cell phone (7:45 EST) offering me special discounts and asking for my credit card number! I declined, and he was nice enough to send me a URL link for payment 30 seconds later. However, I felt the need to do more research given how quickly his approach went from "hello" to "I'm ready for your credit card information..." and it seems there are several unhappy customers. It has been 5 hours since I spoke to them, and I have already received two additional reminder emails asking for payment.

It seems as though their priority is collecting payments... I will pass on this company, but seemingly with ALL online "logo creation" companies, it seems the are high pressure to buy, but low pressure to actually deliver. Buyer beware.

I have two times not getting paid, client said no problems about source files, and i think no problems about the source files, it works. I have already proof it. But i never know, why this site decline and did not pay my designs. No response anymore, no email reply.
How can this happen i don't know.
For the peoples who submit designs in this contest, please beware for your source files.
If you don't pay attention, you will got lost your money.

They run out of the same offices in NJ, run by Pakistani nationals not located in the US. They pay for positive reviews at these businesses to lure unsuspecting people in. Please avoid for your own good

I signed up for the site to submit a logo to a competition only to find that you can't submit to existing competitions, only to new competitions. What's the point of that? I signed up specifically to submit a logo to an existing competition. Their customer "service" people say this is not something they will change and is to "protect" designers, but I fail to see how. Their product and website is a joke riddled with typos and confusing UX. Lots of reports of designers not getting paid after participating in a contest, even if they somehow managed to submit a design in the first place. Save yourself a lot of time, money and aggravation by using https://99designs.com/ or https://www.designcrowd.com/ or really ANY company other than this one!

I was extremely impressed with the creativity, quality and speed of the design team. I developed an entire portfolio of logo branding, website design, business card and stationary for a fraction of the cost with a quick turnaround. I would recommend Zillion Designs to any company looking to save money and time on logo/branding design projects. Zillion Designs gets a 5 Star Rating from MBA Company!

I'm a designer and I've joined zilliondesigns wayback when it was still mycroburst. Things seem to have changed since then, especially when it comes to abandoned guaranteed projects and in keeping up with some of their supposed policies favorable to designers. They used to strictly implement their policy of awarding abandoned guaranteed project to designers who got the best ratings from the client or the choice of zilliondesigns panel, after the timeline for the project holder to choose a winner has expired. But in recent times, totally abandoned guaranteed projects are simply closed and no awarding to designers. It's a guaranteed project and yet when they do this, the money simply goes to zilliondesigns, not to the designer(s) who worked hard on the project. Absolutely unfair. It's time for them to re-look at this policy and be fair to the designers not only to the clients. Without the designers, zilliondesigns would have no business.

These guys have the worst administrative people ever. They are not even educated to know what a logo is and about the ripping and derivative issues.

If you are a freelancer and having an idea to work in this website, better drop your idea now. Also the pay the designers once in a month. Most of the contests gets abandoned due to their frustrating client verification process.

No proper feedback section, no interaction with clients, contests just based on luck. And, they take away their service charge from the winning amount. Why should we give it from your own pockets?

A decent website: I've used them for a few months, and have won a few design projects. You need to fill out a W-9 form upon winning a project. It can suck for designers to put a lot of effort into a project and then lose, but otherwise it's pretty good just for a resume builder site. If you're looking to post a project and buy a logo, make sure you leave comments and star ratings, other wise you'll piss off designers and no one will post drafts for you. Also, projects not guaranteed and under $200 will rarely get quality designs, but it depends on your involvement.

We recently used MycroBurst for the first time to create a logo for our business. It worked just as promised - we paid $200 and for that got many submissions from very talented designers. We took time to look at designers work that we liked and invited them to submit to our project. Most that we invited did respond. We also gave feedback to make changes to get our logo just the way we wanted. In the end, we got a very professional logo which was exactly what we were looking for - our designer provided us with a complete branded look which was really really helpful. Would definitely use again for future projects!

Out of all the graphics design contest websites out there, MycroBurst is definitely the best. They are true to their words and guarantees to send the money in the right schedule to the designers. To the people looking for a great logo/web design/graphics, you can guarantee to receive great designs and concepts in MB. Indeed there are some issues about the ghost designers and many other things, but the MB crew is definitely working their best to solve this issue and they also respond to what the people have to say.

I have just used the Logo Guru site from mycroburst to find a suitable company logo and would 100% recommend this to anyone else looking to do the same. The innovative design competition process enabled us to receive some great ideas we would never have thought of ourselves and allowed us to refine this to get exactly what we wanted, even though we weren't quite sure what that was when we started. We have now selected the logo and are over the moon.

We had great success on microburst.com. To improve your chances on getting a good result review previous work from designers and invite those designer's to participate in your contest, then give them regular feedback concerning what you do and don't like. These folks are designers not mind readers. Also don't expect a $500 - $600 design for $195. Be willing to pay the winner fairly for their time. I recommend that you invite "artsie9324" to get designs you can be proud of!
