I have used Zazzle for my save the dates as well as thank you cards and everything has always turned out perfectly! And it came almost a week early!
The invitation was easy to design and the address file uploaded easily. However, I paid for expedited Friday delivery to beat the holiday mail rush and the package arrived so late Saturday that I couldn't mail until Monday. The discount coupon was offensive: refunding at least part of the expensive rush shipping charge would be better. Also, all the addresses with a leading 0 zip code arrived without that digit. There was no opportunity to preview or prevent this mistake, so I spent Sunday handwriting in the missing zeroes.
Terrible timing. Took forever to get in touch with someone even though minutes went by after my order was placed. Try 3 hours after I placed order, and then even though i caught the typo, they placed the ENTIRE order which will be placed in the trash can when I receive them. LISA WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST

Was expecting a better quality print and paper for this order. It was fine, but could have printed this on my inkjet at home. Will try something else next year.

I tried making a graduation board for the entryway of my party and tried a few designs that I liked but it kept telling me there was something wrong with my professionally taken pictures? After a lot of tries with the designs and my pictures I was able to get a side ways design and the picture not give me any problems. It was weird because it was only with the standard sized pictures but it ended up fine bc the design and board came out great.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
