This is the third time I have used Zazzle - this time for a custom-designed T-shirt print. I cannot fault their service. The T-shirts are of great quality and very reasonable price. The web site is easy to use and their whole e-commerce system gives excellent feedback on order processing and shipping. Finally they are *prompt* (unlike some other e-commerce web sites!). International orders to Australia take a little over two weeks to arrive at the front door! Zazzle REALLY has its act together!
I am thrilled that I found Zazzle. I was looking for a very particular power boat business card. I spent hours looking at other websites, even for the major chain stores. All I could find was sailboat business cards and others that were not to my liking. Untill I came across your website. I love it! Not only am I pleased with my purchase, but I had to return something and the return and refund process was so easy! I am a fan of your website for life and will certainly be telling others about it!

Their customer service is top notch. They resolved a problem above and beyond my request. I had an issue with the shipping address, and instead of reshipping when the item was returned by the post office, they remade the item and expedited the shipping. The CSR was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the email correspondence was timely. Would gladly do business with them again.

I ordered a Skyscrapers of Philadelphia poster I had seen in a Philadelphia restaurant. What they sent was one of the worst photocopies I have ever seen--I could to better by taking a picture with my own camera and getting a blowup from CVS. I didn't think the technology existed to make something so bad--blurred, out of focus--it looked like someone took a picture of the poster from a distance away and had the result blown up. Unbelievable. And much smaller than the size ordered. I had read some reviews that their products were poor quality (blurred and washed out), but I figured a poster is a poster. Apparently, what they are selling are very poor quality reproductions of the original posters. Even so, it's hard to understand how you could make something of such poor quality. I could do better without hardly any effort. BOTTOM LINE--YOU WON'T GET WHAT YOU ORDERED! KEEP AWAY!
This is the 2nd xmas I used Zazzle. Only one mistake, and not only did they fix the error, they let me keep the mistake. The customer service rep was friendly and helpful. They have products that no one else has. I love em'.

I love the variety of Zazzle's products but it seemed to take a long time to get the products. Not sure why other than the products come from different suppliers. Some of the products took about 2.5 weeks to arrive.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
