I designed a stamp with an incredible amount of detail and worried it would come out as a block, but it was absolutely perfect. I am so pleased with the result.
They completely screwed me for a Christmas Gift. I ordered it a OVER A MONTH in advance, and they did not provide an ETA on shipping, so I emailed them. They immediately emailed me the next day saying it would only take 1-3 business days to manufacture, and 5-8 business days to ship after that. All in, it should have been max 11 business days. I circled back 3 weeks later only to find out that my item had NOT been manufactured, OR sent. I went on the website and the item I previously ordered is now out-of-stock, which basically tells me that they took my order, charged my credit card, did not create the order, and did NOT notify me that this was out of stock, whatsoever.
I now have ZERO Christmas Gift for my fiancé. I will NEVER trust them with a single order again, unless they respond to my request for a resolution. So far, no response.
I love being able to make my own pins for so cheap, it's just so more convenient than buying them off of places like Etsy where they tend to be way more expensive half the time.
My recent experience with Kathy in Customer Service was top notch. My recent order for a T-Shirt had an issue. Although the printing on the shirt was totally fine, the sizing of the Women's American Apparel T-Shirt was a disaster. I generally wear a L/XL shirt and sized up to the 2XL based on reviews that the shirts ran small. Even the largest American Apparel Adult Women's size looked like a kids t-shirt. I called customer service and Kathy confirmed the sizing problems with the Women's American Apprarel T-Shirts. She assisted me with moving to a men's T-Shirt and setting up a new order with a credit for the original order. I also received expedited shipping at no charge as Kathy informed be my original order should not have taken as long as it did to be processed & shipped. Pleasantly surprised with the wonderful assistance from Kathy.
I ordered face masks May 1st after things started opening up again, recognizing that I don't have the skill to make my own. On June 5th I sent a question asking where my order was. On June 9th I got a response that they're working on it, but they can't tell me when it will be ready. On July 11th I received shipping notification. On July 15th I received delivery notification. Today, July 16th, I opened the order of 9 masks to find exactly 1 mask, and my entire order listed as delivered on the site. I've requested a refund of my entire order, and will willingly send back this mask. I don't expect any kind of response for at least a week. I don't recommend working with these charlatans.

I received my items faster than i expected. What a wonderful experience being able to buy products for the first time and they delivered exactly as I ordered them.

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
