I wish there was a way to give 3 zeros. I paid neary 9 dollars for 3 toddler size chicken strips, cold fries and a drink. A complete rip off.
At zaxbys on deshon and rock ridge was in the drive Thur line for 35 min 4 cars ahead of me I finally just left while I was in line 2 cars ahead of me left and 4 cars behind me left I will never go to this location again service is horable employees are slow there was a guy emoting the trash I'm 68 and walk faster than that I'm supprize your still in business I just went across the street and got something to eat
Coming to your place of business is a choice and I choose not to go there again how do you stay I business
Prices half the time you don't even get what you purchased did every other month the price just keeps going up

My son and I just went to Zaxby's less than an hour ago and I ordered my favorite Zensation Zalad. I am soooo disappointed with my order. If I wasn't so exhausted I would go back and take this nonsense to them because I am afraid that they would have spit in my new order or do something heinous. I have NEVER had anything from this restaurant that wasn't freshly prepared. It is as if this order was sitting for hours and they decided to give it to me. I am so upset, I wasn't sure at first because I thought maybe it was the coleslaw that was making it cold but I started to realize that it wasn't the slaw it was the whole meal. The egg rolls look nearly burnt on the bottom and like it had been sitting for a while. EVERYTHING WAS COLD! I am so angry! I just wasted about $9 and I am NEVER going back to the schomburg road location in Columbus, Georgia again. I will drive across town or starve. This is so unprofessional. It is as if hey don't even care about the customers anymore. As you can see I already put my ranch dressing on my zalad and I have photos and proof of my purchase. I am not asking for compensation but you all really need to correct your workers.
Everytime I go to Zaxbys something is always wrong with my order. It's frustrating paying that much money for it to be wrong.
We were told we would be waiting for 7 minutes ended up waiting 40 minutes because worker took our food to the wrong people.
Won't be spending another dime at zaxbys. Waiting almost week and a half for a refund. Zaxbys has lost me as a customer

I've never been to a bad Zaxby's. People are always nice, and food is always great. I don't think that I've ever had a bad experience at Zaxby's.
These wings are so small! Decrease the price of these wings for goodness sake. It's over 20 dollars for 10 tiny wings small fry and small drink!
Loaded french fries are not good. The wings are worse. Over prices and small. Certainly not worth the 7.99 for loaded fries and over 7.00 for 5 wings

Unpleasant smell, only one thing available on menu, soda machine broken. Taste of the food we finally got was substandard.
