So first time there and the chicken was big but burnt like they forgot it and the lettuce was brown not sure if we will go back :(

I'll never order traditional wings from them again. They taste old as if they had been lying there for a long time. They don't serve fresh wings!

There is no goldfish crackers why next time get it right please I hope you don't do this next time. I have most defiantly seen better.

Worst ZAXBY'S I have ever been to and I hope I don't get salmonella poisoning from eating half done chicken

This new Zaxby Club is terrible! The chicken is salty and hard I just waisted almost $12 on lunch and I'm still hungry

It took me 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru once I got through the drive-thru and ordered a club sandwich the little girl wanted to know if I wanted bacon on the club sandwich what? That is a club sandwich chicken and bacon when I got to the window I did not get a receipt I don't understand why you can't put a receipt in the bag we've been doing it for ever I'm not 22 and I don't like surprises on my bank account the bread on my sandwich was burnt which I will enclose a photo of my fries were cold I asked for extra crispy fries I asked for sweet tea I got a sweet tea that was hot no ice they need to shut this restaurant down the location is 5350 Campbellton Fairburn Road Fairburn Georgia 3008 to stay away from this place as far as possible my check number was 4740 and the person that waited on me was 190 I don't understand why the restaurant could be so bad in so many different directions will not be eating here again to purchase one of your $10 burnt sandwiches consumers beware stay away look at the reviews they're all bad

I have ordered from and eaten food from the Jensen Beach Florida Zaxby's since they opened approximately two plus years ago. The first year was great. Good service, good food, it was a weekly stop. The second year it started to decline. I have experienced everything in that time from an incorrect order to walking inside during working hours, and not being able to approach the counter because the employees had evidently decided to do nitely cleanup long before closing and were scrubbing the floor IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER. Today, after not having used them for a few months I decided to try again. I placed my order online. When I arrived at the store I was informed that they no longer offer chicken salad sandwiches OR onion rings. So, instead of a quick drive through and pick up for my pre-paid online meal. I waited while they offered me other choices and then made my order. While I sat at the drive up window, I was asked to sign for the order. I declined, politely asking if they would sign for something they had not received. During the wait, I noticed the parking lot was dirty with leaves and debris, and had obviously built up over time. The trash can for use after the drive up full to overflowing, but this is generally the case. Zaxby's Jensen Beach Florida once was a place I would highly recommend. Now, I will only go back because my mother, who is 97, likes the chicken. I go when she asks me to get her something, I will no longer go for my lunch or dinner. I can no longer recommend them to someone for fear that the poor service and attitudes would reflect on me. They use words like 'no problem' when they should use 'Thank You', the cleanliness is down, the service is down, and the web site is incorrect (according to the woman who explained why I could not get onion rings or a chicken salad sandwich)
