I tried to get a replacement for a cracked screen protector but Zagg's website is completely unusable. Do not buy.
The free replacement warranty is not truly fee. They charge high prices for shipping and handling. Not a good company.

After posting negative reviews and sending copies to ZAGG, I quickly received my replacement. It should not have to take this extreme action with any company, but they did resolve the complaint.
I have purchased Zagg screen protectors over the years. They do crack and break and instead of going through the process of replacement, I just bought another one for whatever device. They all crack, and I really take care of my possessions. I purchased a Zagg Active Stylus at a small shop at JFK airport, before boarding an international flight in Februrary 2023. The stylus worked as expected and I have been using it. I recently placed in a backpack with overnight stuff, nothing heavy, and the top of the stylus snapped. I decided to try the warranty. I registered the product and requested the replacement. I paid the postage and thought all was okay. I then saw my bank statement that they refunded my postage. I logged on to the website and they cancelled the return. I then went through the exercise of playing phone maze and was helped by a rep who said they needed the original receipt. I explained that I had purchased it at a small shop in JFK airport on my way out of the country and it was such a small receipt that it would be impossible to find, however, I did have the purchase on my bank statement, which showed the purchase price and what shop, but not the item, as it was my bank statement. She said that she would contact her manager to see what could be done. She returned and stated that I could send her a picture of the broken item. I did, with the original box and price tag. She said she could not 100% guarantee that would be enough, but would try. I again gave my credit card for processing. She advised me to see if I could locate the original receipt just in case. I received notice that the return was in process. Then a week later, it was cancelled. This is the last Zagg product I will purchase and I will advise others not to purchase due to inferior quality and hoops one has to jump to even attempt a warranty replacement.
They ask me to pay 8.00£ for "free" screen replacement postage. No way! Prefer 4-6£For brand new better quality from ebay.
Like others, the Zagg iphone 14 Pro Max screen protector that I bought for $60 broke in 15 days. It was a day past the refund period of my retailer so I had to use Zagg's warranty. It proudly boasts a NO QUESTIONS ASKED and FREE lifetime replacement.
Well, they sure asked a lot of questions, the replacement was not free, and they held onto it for almost a week while demanding information not required on their return webform.
Aside from charging $10 shipping and sending the package by the absolute slowest shipping method they could find (a week to get to Los Angeles?), Here are some of the questions they asked before honoring their no questions asked warranty: credit card number, reason for return, agreement to send back the old protector, proof of purchase, and of course, an address because they wouldn't let a retailer exchange it.
Ridiculously, they held my shipment without telling me because they were waiting for me to send them proof of purchase, which is not requested in their online return process. Why do they need proof of purchase if it is a lifetime warranty and you have to send the old one back or they charge you full retail for the replacement? And if they do, why don't they tell you up front?
Since the product is so expensive and the experience was so bad, I looked up the name of one of Zagg's execs and sent him a LinkedIn request to chat about customer experience "if he is interested in feedback from real customers." I am sure you already know how that has turned out so far...no response.
Do yourself a favor, you can get 4 screen protectors for what Zagg charges. Do it and just toss them if they fail. The Zagg no questions asked lifetime warranty is a bad joke.
This is not a good product $20 for it not worth it very I would not recommend nobody buying it, and just gotta do better with it.

Screen protector bubbles after the store employees installed it, got a new one same thing happened again with my samsung twenty three ultra.
It's taking almost 2 weeks to get my warranty replacement screen when it shipped locally with no explanation!
The service is horrible. I provided a copy of purchase but they keep canceling my warranty replacement order.
I asked for warranty replacement and paid $9.99 for shipping on their site due to installation issues the first time and didn't wanna drive to the closest zagg location (30 min drive - and they charge $8 installation fee anyway thinking must well order online…). Nothing came and no emails nothing for a week so I logged in again only to see a canceled status. The replacement was canceled without any notice! Great. Thinking there might be an error from the system I ordered again and another week later it was canceled again without any notice. Then I finally contacted via chat and spoke with Derek - now they said they need a copy of the receipt before anything could be placed and I actually couldn't find now. If this was the process why don't you mention it in the beginning rather than letting people place replacement orders and then no communication comes out after that? And now you are saying oh wait you are doing all that for nothing. HUH? No apology for cancelling the orders whatsoever and he sounded like he didn't care either and told me to go to Best Buy to try to get a replacement. Aren't u the one who's suppose to be sending one? And I used the phone with no shield for 2 weeks just for this. So I told the guy I can mail the old one back rather than finding the receipt at the moment to proof that I am not trying to sell it or anything and with the $9.99 shipping cost you would think that would cover the manufacturing cost any way. No luck! If u think u may need to use their warranty - Save the receipt and laminate it, paste it onto your bedroom wall - do whatever before u try to get warranty from them and oh even with a receipt theres the $9.99 shipping OR $8 installation fee to replace it. Not sure if that's any kind of warranty at all and I am done dealing with this company.
Ps: this is for an iPhone 14 screen protector, since it just got released this month so it could not have been over the warranty period.

Hinges broke after 6m, major hassle to get the warranty then replacement breaks 6m after again. Once again bad support from the brand.

Purchased a ZAGG screen protector for my new watch, installed screen protector on Watch and it was all scratched up! Contact ZAGG customer support and after 3 total attempts they finally responded and agreed to send a replacement. Received replacement and it was wrong size ( I purchased 45mm and they sent 41mm) After several atttempts they responded with a "sorry will send another" it has been over a week and it still shows "awaiting fulfillment" It has now been 3 weeks and I have no screen protector for my new watch. They will only respond after several attempts! Told me I'd receive email when shipped which I never received on incorrect item, said they would ship out FedEx so I'd receive quicker, that's great but if it's been a week and they haven't even filfulled order yet, that shows how much they value customers. Going to purchase from Bodyguardz they know how to treat customers! They can keep my money, won't issue refund, and they can keep their screen protector. This is the 2nd time they provided lousy customer service! I purchased a screen protector for my iPad. It developed white specs in glass. Called to have replaced, they told me they no longer make that replacement! When I questioned them how they were going to provide new protector under warranty and insisted they do something they said they'd have one specifically cut to fit. After a long wait I received a thin piece of plastic cut in 2 pieces so that there was a line down the middle of my iPad. I called said they'd send another out which was same way! Try using a iPad with a line down the middle! 2 for 2 in lousy customer service. Stay away, I will never use this company! Check out other reviews, buyer beware!
