Horrible charging capacity. Only provides 33% additional charge to my phone when starting at 39% charge. They have offered to exchange but insist payment of $6 which seems inappropriate given they have sent me a product that fails to operate as advertised. Not a lot of money but it is the principal of the ask. I'm unimpressed with the product and their customer service.
I ordered a Zagg pixel pro 8 invisible shield screen protector through verizon when I purchased phone. It cracked after not even 2 months and It has been over a month since I registered product and still no sign of even getting a replacement. Don't waste your time and money on Zagg. Just go to Amazon and order a different brand for about $10 for a pack of 3.
50$ for a screen protector that you can get for 6$ on Amazon or 3 for 18$. Purchased it through Verizon because it has a lifetime warranty. It broke in a week and when I attempted to get my warranty fulfilled and a new one sent they cancelled my account. Then they made me search for the original receipt even though it was already uploaded and registered in their system and I provided all documentation of such. The Verizon side of the receipt was not populated so I spent countless hours trying to get zagg to send me a replacement before giving up and purchasing 3 new ones on Amazon for 18$ total. Absolute SCAM.
Bought my Zagg for my wife's IPad Air 4,18 months ago from BestBuy. My wife uses it very little and isn't overly computer literate. She can't use it now because the charging port is non functional and she can't charge it. Reached out to Zagg and only communication is via internet and responses from Zagg are total A.I. Responses. No other form of communication available. Since warranty is only one year and no extended warranty ended up purchasing a Logitech. PS. BestBuy was of no help either.
The Mophie Juicepack is NOT what it used to be. In the past, I had been satisfied with the performance of my Galaxy S6 compatible Juicepack as it provided approximately 2 full charges to my phone. However, the unit stopped working after only a year.
I recently upgraded my phone to the Samsung Galaxy S9+ and also purchased a nee compatible Mophie Juicepack. I was extremely disappointed to find that it would just barely charge my phone from slightly below 20% to a point barely over 70% before exhausting its charge. Despite several charging methods, it never got better, so I requested a warranty replacement, which arrived after a week. The replacement Juicepack performed with the same poor quality.
Whatever design changes which were made, the Mophie Juicepack is no longer worth the $100 cost or the additional weight. It no longer works as promised and the advertisement is false.
Horrible service, ungodly wait times on a call (30+ minutes each time I called), service rep disconnected me and didn't make an effort to call me back and continue to help me. Will now switch to Verizon for their lifetime guarantee, no shipping cost screen protector replacement. Used Zagg for years, but no more.
Do NOT use Zagg! They returned my phone to me with black glue all over it, and with the color of my iPhone all scrapped off by the laser. The man told me only afterwards that this happens sometimes, but failed to mention it beforehand. If I had known, I would've never come here.
I purchased a screen protector for my phone. I registered it the next day. Several months later I have chips in my screen so I want to replace it. The website is saying I no longer have an account. I emailed them 3 days ago and still have not heard back. I tried to call customer service and hung up after 30 minute wait. I am going to Assume that I have basically thrown $40 away.
Going on 2 months for Zagg to fulfill a warranty claim. After the first 30 days they kick out the request due to lack of inventory. Then make you "resubmit" another claim. Yet, you can find the product on retail shelves...Not a good experience in my opinion.
I am not prone to dropping my phone on hard surfaces, which is why I was really confused when my phone screen broke, not once, but twice. Plus, I know someone who bought the same protector whose phone screen also broke.
ZAGG does NOT cover the cost of your phone repair if your phone breaks, and their "free replacement system" charges you shipping fees unless you go in store, where they STILL hassle you for proof that you bought it... duh, it's on my phone!
On another note, this screen protector makes your fingerprint sensor defective, despite the fact they claim it works with the protector. With my initial protector, it did work. Now that I'm on my third, it does not.
The edges of the screen protector peel up over time. Not a deal breaker, but it's good to know.
My father bought a Mophie battery pack that clips onto a phone with a small, square adapter. He decided not to use this design and gave it to me. I wanted to get a new adapter, a simple piece of plastic not worth $1, but could not find them for sale online. I called the company, and they did send me a new adapter free of charge, but it was the wrong adapter. So I called back, but this time they would not do anything for me unless I had a receipt for the case, which of course I don't. I kept emailing and kept getting canned responses that they needed the receipt for a warranty repair. I just want to buy a cheap little piece of plastic, but instead, another battery is headed for the landfill because I can't use it. For $30, its easier to buy one from another manufacturer who supports their customers, regardless of what model they have.
Bought 2 face screens from best buy on June 25,2022. Just 2 months ago, Best Buy Decided not to order anymore so now I have to order directly from you and paid $9 per each one to ship to my house. If the product was in the store it would be a easy swap. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and my teens daughters. If this was the case that Best Buy didn't want to buy it I would never bought the product.
Zagg is the worst company with zero customer service - they take days to respond to online questions and no one answers their phone. It will eventually just disconnect or you will wait on the phone and no one will answer.
After paying for a product to be shipped and it was never delivered, I inquired about a replacement and was told they didn't have any to replace and that they don't offer refunds. So no solution was ever offered even after I inquired about it.
It has been two weeks of calling, DMing on Twitter, and reaching out and they are simply not a real company as it seems like no one works there and is able to help.
Had a Zagg on a phone, registered it and managed to break it after some time. Tried to get a replacement but was told I had nothing registered. Didn't pursue it, due to other life and death family issues going on. Couple of years later, got a new phone and tried a new Zagg (thought the last was a fluke), broke 6 months later. Tried to request replacement. Nope, never heard of me, no products register. I saved the email and the product registration number. No place to simply enter this number.
So many hurdles and roadblocks AND! You get charged an additional $10 if you can manage a replacement. I effing HATE Zagg. I will tell everyone I can.
I have been trying to get a replacement since the beginning of Dec. Zagg sent it to the wrong address twice, even after address was updated on their website. I emailed a total of 4 times and now they have just stopped responding to me. I won't purchase again. Luckily I'm only out the price of shipping.
Do not buy one of these, i purchased one from verizon for $59 because i thought it would be a better quality, it broke within 2 weeks, i went to the local retailer for replacement, they charge $10 weather they put it on or you just take one with you, my second one broke after 3 days.
Paid 50 dollars for lifetime screensaver. Company makes it impossible to get new one. I'm going to retailer and demand refund. Do not buy this product
I've had three of their so-called "rugged" book keyboards for iPad, and all of them have just died after a few months of light work in the home. Tried sending to a local repair shop, but they are, quote, "un-repairable" garbage in heavy rubber casing. Each replacement cost 10euro for "shipping" and now the warranty has run out I'm not entitled to another replacement. Ignorant, robotic customer services rep was more concerned about making me understand Zagg's pathetic warranty policy than in actually solving the problem of their defective product. Will never buy another Zagg product again. AVOID.
Waiting 2 weeks for replacement glass emailed Zagg no response. They even raised delivery charge. Got my new Google phone screen protector at Costco in30 minutes installed. Guess where everyone should go for screen protectors?
I ordered a replacement Screen Protector on warranty and they charged me $10.79. For shipping and handling. I paid $45 for the screen protector and warranty about 6 months ago. The Site is up and it will charge your card and say it is shipped. The order was placed on 7/25/2023 2 days later on the website, the order status was set to shipped. It is now 9/16/2023. No one at ZAGG,com answers the phone or responds to customer requests on their web site. I have made requests 7-10 times and no response at all. All of the staff at ZAGG.com has either abandoned it or they are totally incompetent. There is certainly no one there who wants to be bothered by a customer.
Zagg has a rating of 1.7 stars from 166 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Zagg most frequently mention screen protector, customer service and lifetime warranty. Zagg ranks 199th among Mobile Accessories sites.
