If you call after 24 hours of receiving items they won't honor their products. 5 out of 10 bags of coffee had the vacuum seal open.

Great selection, but some items I wanted were out of stock. Everything that was available was packaged with care (bubble wrap and brown paper) and everything arrived in good condition.
