This company seems like a sham. Like others who have written reviews, I was advised on 28 Dec that my items had been shipped. Now, more than 2 months later, nothing has arrived, and neither have they replied to any of the emails I have sent during that time. I wish I had known about the other customers with problems before I ordered. I'm going to ask my credit card company to make a charge back. BEWARE!

I ordered 3 outfits and all shipped and delivered with no issues. Questions are quickly answered via chat and they are all English speaking reps, ( which was always my issue when ordering from similar sites).

They don't deliver and still your money. I purchased on November 21,2021 and by today I haven't received my parcel, even though it shipped on December 8,2021.

I would give 0 out of 5 if it was possible.

YumKiss doesn't deserve 1 star! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, instead of reading after I suspected fraud. I bought a pair of shoes in January and have been emailing them; it is now July! They would not provide any tracking information, and Jennifer promised a refund as well. My latest email in May 2022, I still haven't received a response. As of today, they haven't provided the shoes nor the refund. If you decide to purchase from them, please save yourself the hassle and don't! It's people like this that makes it hard to trust online shopping and they should be ashamed of taking money from others without providing the product or refund.

I ordered 2 sweater in late November 2021. I received one sweater about a month later. Still haven't not received the other, today is 2/5/2022. They sent me an email 1/10/22 promising the other sweater, I still don't have it. I emailed the again today, no response. I asked for a refund to order the sweater from another store. Waiting for a reply. I will never try this store again.

This so called company is a scam! I purchased two dresses and paid extra to get it sent off to arrive to to sooner. It has been over I don't know how long, and they haven't responded to any emails. I have sent an email to every email that is on that site and no response, I used the chat icon and NO RESPONSE. I paid through a 3rd party, so they are trying to get through but even they can't. Then one day after involving the 3rd party, all of a sudden the order was shipped but NO tracking information was given. I still have not received the order. Now, I'm contacting the BBB and getting an attorney involved.

Order products on November 19tj, still have not received as of today Dec. 30th. The service department keeps trying me it is on the way. Usy be on a trailer from China

The dress is super adorable :) Gave 4 stars because of delayed delivery, other than that everything is superb!
