Your mechanic is actually really good. I was wrong about it. I left a bad review before and they wouldn't let me delete it. Now I'm leaving a good one
Everything about this is a scam. Mechanic came hours late, claimed they couldn't perform the service due to a bolt I hate (it's the same bolt on every year, make, and model), then offered to install it on the side for cash another day. Now they're trying to charge me for the service and part (which the mechanic took with them). This was a scam from the start by the mechanic and the website. Avoid at all costs, literally.
The mechanic, Brian, did a very good job looking over the vehicle and providing his knowledge about trucks in particular. He pointed out 2-3 things I needed to be aware of ifI decided to purchase the truck. I had hoped he would have brought whatever tool is used to connect to the vehicle's computer to get readings on things like sensors, etc. Other than that, he did great.
"I was a bit suspicious about yourmechanic offers at first, but I don't think i would want anyone else to serve my car after Jose. He is a PRO with so many years of experience and a "Senior+" level car knowledge. Jose changed my pads and rotors and, i saved almost 40% compared to an auto shop quote. After his service car runs better than before. Thank you and i hope to book him again next time!"

Incredible experience. Very convenient. Ben is highly skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely have him do future repairs on my cars.
Used them and I was pleasantly surprised. They were terrific. Only concern was the cost, I felt it should have been a little less for the job. The convenience was the best though, no more dropping the car off and being at the mercy of the shop. Pretty neat concept. I would use them again when needed.
Had use their service and so far so good, i hope they sustain the quality and efficiency in their job roles for years to come
